Could be various reasons, 1. Make sure the iVMS4200 and WAMP server are using one of these: x86 or x64 2. Are iVMS4200 and MySQL on the same server? 3. Ensure that there is no firewall or any other blocking the access. Thanks!

There in an option to manually download data from device onto iVMS, when you do that, the data will be synced to MySQL.

@@Levince36 Here are few things to check: 1. Could you confirm if you set the date format to dd-MM in shortcuts? 2. Make sure the contact exists on your phone. 3. Try entering the mobile number without spaces end enter ISD code also. Eg: 10250111991 I tried selecting contact directly on shortcuts instead of entering the phone number, SOMETIMES it did not work for me.

Yes, currently we need to use collate. In the upcoming version of SmartPSS-lite, this issue will be resolved.

@@AfhamnaExplains no, I can't integrate, I have Windows 11 and I have two computers in different locations, I've tried to use the API, which has allowed me to read the information of some workers but I haven't gotten the endpoint to bring the events, really what I require is to be able to get the inputs and outputs of the workers currently I use this model Hikvision DS-K1T320EFX which has a facial detector and fingerprint reader, however the IVMS does not meet my needs so I need to make an integration that allows me to do that, what do you suggest?

Hello there, I’ve NOT tried it. You can try port forwarding (1433) and use STATIC public IP address of the server where SQL server is installed, it may work!

Are you getting logs on ivms4200? Is it real time or are you trying to download previous data? Try downloading the records again via ivms4200

i’ve also tried mysql version 5.7.44 and the latest 8.2, all of which don’t seem to work with the latest version of ivms

Did you try using latest version of iVMS? Have you uploaded the right dll file? What is the error message?

@@AfhamnaExplains i figured it out, apparently IVMS only works with x86 versions of mysql and not x64

Haven’t tried it. However, if the required ports are forwarded on router, it should work.

Hello Ganesh, The new firmware can support 16 indoor units.

Theoretically latest MySQL server should work, doesn’t matter if it’s MAMP or WAMP etc. The device will communicate with iVMS4200 and iVMS4200 will communicate with MySQL. Hope it helps.

1. You can select “Get Phone numbers from” and enter all contact numbers followed by comma 2. Select “Repeat item” and set “Repeat with each item in” and inside the loop enter the contents and link to WhatsApp message” Note that, if one mobile number is not valid, then messages will not be delivered to following numbers.
