There are healing benefits of NATURE. Even when you are grieving going for walks ALONE and being around trees holls n flowers REALLY helps
100%
Mashllh you look very calming
a ruler who has unlimited power over other people, and uses it unfairly and cruelly Yes he certainly is a tyrant. You were born a sinner, due to nothing of your own doing. You are now condemned to hell. But never fear my child. I will forgive you. Just as long as you know you are truly worthless without me. You need to obey my orders and worship me in the highest form, over every person in this world. Always remember you are a worthless piece of shit but I will save you. You think it’s your mission to spread the word of god through this video? Don’t undermine your god. If this god exists that you worship, don’t think it’s your mission to bring others towards him. All you are showing him is undermining his ability to reach out to others. All you are doing and religion in whole is trying to believe your mental health issues are normal.

"ask questions from the right place." ❤
I just liked your unique name and clicked on it. I wish more muslims with names like yours.❤❤❤
I don't think that you can put all religions in the same bucket. True, doubts and questions are natural phenomenon but Islam is very very clear about all the important questions that are relevant regarding who God is, the role of the messengers, why we have been created, what happens after death etc and learned muslim scholars are eager to answer these very important question unlike contradictory books scattered all over the place from rest of the none Islamic beliefs. However, one can not satisfy bashing Islam for their lust desires that Islam prohibits because that is what a lot of young people go through, fulfil their unholy materialistic desires. Islam is not short of mosques, sheikhs and learned men and women, you just have to be honest and seek them yourself to remove your doubts.
MashaAllah. Great video sis. I can so relate with my experience quitting music. JazakAllah kheir for this and inshaAllah people benefits from this! ❤🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂❤💛
i dont believe there is anything "incurable" in this world, every "sickness", (by sickness i mean that which has strayed from its natural healthy state), is curable when you practice mindfulness. why mindfulness? because being attentive to lifestyle choices, the whims we submit ourselves to, neglecting ourselves and experiencing emotional turmoil causes dysfunction in the body. and since these things i have mentioned all have to do with preoccupation of this dunya, and a lack of knowledge of Allah (and therefore lack of good deeds you could be doing), the cure therefore is, to do the opposite. opposite is to focus more on prayer, dhikr, dua. fasting has been sent as a blessing to us, so that we may ease our burdens, God says "Allah intends ease for you, not hardship, so that you may...proclaim the greatness of Allah for guiding you, and perhaps you will be grateful." 2:185 fasting regulates our bodies, it finds the inconsistencies, the sick cells, the limbs that are suffering from tension or pain or is wounded, and it heals, regenerates and renews the cells so that we may be healthy again. this is only one of Gods wonders. no doubt, i think if women with this condition understood this, they would understand that their stress levels, lifestyles, diets, distractions of the dunya, is the cause behind this "condition", the health system does not wish to cure you, therefore they will say you can only manage it. but i dont think this to be reality. reality is much simpler. Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "There is no disease that Allah has created, except that He also has created its treatment."
I think I have PCOS. Have some questions: 1. Have you tried inositol supplement? Studies show it works like metformin. 2. How much weight were you gaining? 3. Did you have trouble concentration or brain fog? 4. How do you get rid of your facial hair and how often? 5. Did you have persistent spotting? 6. Were you able to have kids by now? Since you’re 36 .
I would recommend that you get tested for PCOS. There are may conditions that have similar symptoms so it can be hard to tell without actually doing a blood test and ultrasound. Also, many women experience it differently. Some women gain weight while others lose weight, some have periods but aren't actually ovulating, some women experience severe hair loss while others have super thick hair. It's definitely a personalized condition! My answers to your questions are below :) 1. Have heard a lot about it but never tried it. 2. I gained a lot of weight. I went from 65kg to 80kg 3. No, I didn't experience any concentration issues. 4. I use a facial epilator as it's the only thing that doesn't hurt. I use it like once a week. 5. No spotting. I would get my period, and bleed for 5-7 days, but it was the time in between that varied. I felt like my period was always "late". 6. I don't have kids and I haven't been trying to. Many women who have PCOS go on to have children without much difficulty. There are many treatments available to help with fertility for PCOS patients.

God loves music
Music and learning playing music is seen at connecting with the Creator one of the highest aspect of faculty. Why is music haram but having sex with 9 year old ok. Ayatollah Homeini made child marriage and cited Muhammad as a reason. A war against sophisticated mating calls and competency and a will for brute force . Music has a civilising affect . Do you want to be a luddite?
THIS. I've been struggling with music for as long as I can remember. Music just worked so well with my maladaptive day dreaming. I've finally quit it and quitting it made a 180 degrees difference in my life. Music is one hell of a drug, no wonder it is prohibited.
Alhumdulilah, so pleased you were able to quit and see the reward of it!
@ugeshnikhan Thank you, sis 💖. Keep up the good work. Love your channel 💖
This was my first Ramadan, Alhamdulillah! And it was as if you were reading my mind, I had very similar thoughts and experiences. It was so nice to hear about the impact Ramadan had on you this year. I will be watching more of your videos, they have been very comforting as a recent revert. Thank you so much Sister, Assalamulaikum!
Walaikum salaam sister! Alhumdulilah, welcome to the deen! I am pleased that you found comfort here alhumdulilah. May Allah make it easy for you with each passing day, ameen!
Keep going
Assalamulaikum sis, MashaAllah im glad you were able to succeed with your goals this Ramadan. I remember when I quit listening to music years ago. I felt a huge shift in my mental space. I started taking life and things more seriously. Also paying attention to what was going on around me. I felt more awake whereas when I was listening to music it was like I was in a daze. SubhanAllah. Alhamdulillah. JazakAllah kheir for your videos. Love seeing your positivity 😊💛
Walaikum salaam! Alhumdulilah, I am pleased to hear you've also found this sense of clarity after giving up music. I intend on making a video just around my experience in giving up music, which is why I didn't talk about it much in this video. Mashallah on giving up music. I am so pleased for you. May Allah continue to bless you and make it easy for you, ameen!

If the person being forgiven is going to take advantage of the forgiveness and just keeps on expecting forgiveness then in this case it is not advised to forgive such a person because all youre doing is allowing that person to carry on oppressing others
I respectfully disagree. We cannot control the actions of others. We can only control our own actions. If there is evil in someones heart, there is nothing we can do to remove that. If we choose not to forgive them it doesn't mean they will stop their bad behaviour. Holding your forgiveness doesn't "teach them a lesson" especially if they already had bad intentions to begin with. Your forgiveness doesn't condone their behaviour and you are not accountable for their behaviour. Forgive for the sake of Allah and protect yourself. This is all that you can do.
@@ugeshnikhan "If we choose not to forgive them it doesnt mean they will stop their bad behaviour" But that depends on the crime. If a person has murdered some one and the family choose to forgive islamicly that would mean the murderer is not punished and let free. So if he keeps murdering people and people keep forgiving him then they are helping him in his evil. Or if some one has a habit of robbing people and people keep forgiving that person instead of holding him accountable by contacting the authorities and making sure hes punished for his crime then that is also helping the individual in allowing him to harm others.
@@mohammedzaman9771 "If a person has murdered some one and the family choose to forgive islamicly that would mean the murderer is not punished and let free." This is not true brother. Forgiving the murderer doesn't mean they get away with it. You still need to call the authorities and ensure they are dealth with legally. Islam encourages seeking justice. Also, the murderer still has that bad deed on their account and they will need to repent to Allah to be forgiven. You forgiving someones doesn't mean that Allah has forgiven them. Allah will hold every human accountable for his good and bad deeds. Nothing will be missed. Nobody will get away with anything.
@@ugeshnikhann Reject or refuse to forgive your transgressor is like someone who drinks poison expecting that it will kill his enemies though his own body That is why my religion teaches us… Christ
I wanna wear hijab but I'm afraid. My mom tells me it causes hair loss or thinning so that's the only thing thats preventing me from wearing it, otherwise I would wear it but Im scared. What if it causes hair thinning?
I haven't heard any hijabis complain of hair loss due to wearing the hijab. I am inclined to think this is a misconception, however, you if you feel this may be a problem, then you can combat it by using hair oils, tying you hair loosely under the hijab, or wearing your hijab so it's not too tight. There are also silk lined undercaps available these days that cause less friction, therefore reducing any potential thinning. Hope this helps :)
Are you from India? 😮
No, I am not from India :)
@@ugeshnikhanare you taking verse from bible? I am from Kuwait Christian! The title of your video is biblical verse.. Were you Christians before? There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. Are you bringing Christian verses in Islam tho? I grew up in salafis family kuweit But Christian!
MashaAllah. Thank you for this video. It was very insightful. We should all have the right perspective on our Creator and not have immature and unfounded beliefs that we pick up along the way in our youth etc. Please do more insightful videos like this. May Allah swt grant us light and lift all veils from our eyes and hearts to see the truth ❤
14:40 Reminds me of this hadith: The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) has stated, "In the happiness of parents lies the happiness of Allah and in their dissatisfaction is Allah's dissatisfaction." (Behaarul Anwaar).
lovely to hear about islam from a convert. you look beautiful in a hijab. mashAllah!
Thank you, sister
Thank you, may Allah reward your efforts ❤
Thank you. I enjoyed very much this video.

Hi. Honest question. How do you deal with the thought of how he then created us for the purpose to worship him? Ever since that thought entered my head, I can't see past it. As an analogy: if a parent has a child because they want to be idolized, do you think that would be a good thing? Hoping for an honest and kind discussion here. Cause I can't make sense of worshipping someone that created you for that sole purpose. If we're only here for his pleasure, what makes life worth living?
Asalaam alaikum :) Many have asked this question, and I can understand your perspective. I am not a person of knowledge, nor am I a scholar, but here is my take. I think there are a few things to think about here. One is that Allah doesn't actually need our worship. He's not looking to be idolized. If we chose not to worship Him, he would not be affected by that, but we would. We are the ones who lose out when we choose to turn away from Him. Two is that worship goes beyond praying and fasting. Working, being kind to your family, speaking out against injustice, creating the next vaccine can all be forms of worship. So if we understand worship from this lens then we realize that our purpose here is not just praying and fasting. Perhaps you were created as a mercy to your parents, perhaps you were created so you could be the next leader, perhaps you were created to be that person who lifts others up. We all feel good when we have done a good deed and of course Allah is pleased when we do good as well. In my eyes that is a win win :)
Thank you so much a really good reminder you gave us there .Ramadan Kareem 🌸

Could you do a skincare routine?
I don't actually have one! I just wash my face and use coconut oil as my moisturizer. On occasion I will use a face scrub. That's about it.
