Heads up you're fighting contamination clean your materials really well before welding , alloy should be spotless use a stainless wire brush or Scotch Brite and wipe everything down with acetone . You're doing a great job and you'll learn all the small tricks over time .

All I am gonna say is you're like a diamond in the rough over here across the pond. You are going to make some guy ultra happy some day. Keep up the amazing work and wonderful content. Love seeing the progress on a build with someone who doesn't have seemingly unlimited TH-cam money.
