Does it work with hub motors?

This video was crappy if wanting to do a how to. You don't show enough detail on connector to connector on what the overall schematic looks like. I have the identical bike and identical controller and am highly skilled at doing this wire work, but you missed out a lot. You made comments about connectors on the bike that need to be done, but not enough detail. I have never commented on videos but started working on this while following your video and left in the dark on multiple wires. Stop speeding up the work and thinking people don't need to or want to see the step by step. Be more useful.

Is the controller (SW setup) the most delicate part of the solution? I'm asking because I need to select a motor (front hub, 36V - 250W) and I see (on Aliexpress) several items that seem almost identical but the price can double. Bafang's price is the top. Can the motor affect the final result? In case, how much and for what reason?

What size of silicon wire did you use?

the newer Makerbase 84xxxHP series are damn good, they're same volt and current limit as the 75 series (20S, 100 or 200A), inbuilt bluetooth, 84200HP has also an inbuilt IMU, real phase sensing and phase shunts and works way better, especially compared to the 75 series from either brand btw the 75100 Alu PCB and all the other Alu PCB controllers all use the same mosfets

ebike mechanic here. very familiar with Athis Brainpower controller kit. the yellow wire black wire connection ... that's not for power. that's for lights. the red loop wire is your power. it turns on ppwer the controller and usually is shared with red (+) coming from display wires. hope this helps anyone who was just a little confused and thought the problem was you were dumb, lml. /bklyn 👑

I don't understand. A 750W motor divided by 48v makes 16 amps. Are you saying that takes 32 amps from the battery?!

Nice video thanks! I ran too much power through the stock Talaria DC transformer, (100w in lights).. it worked great for 20 minutes until it's tripped everything & no longer powers on (only the bike runs) Do you think I’ve fried the transformer or just a fuse need replacing?

Couple questions. Does it come with the adc cables? I'm looking at building a crazy cart with a 75100 and can't find much info about adc online, I want to put a regen thumb lever on it but all the ones online have weird connectors, does the 75100 come with the correct cables that go into the adc2 port, I just don't know what I need to look for for a brake lever with a sensor or a regen thumb lever with a sensor, what kind of cable/connector it needs

Are they easy to install? Reason i ask is ive a modern carbon hub motor and ive a bigger ah battery but theres a torgue sensoor in the bottom bracket can these controllers accommodate these mods .id defo be a customer 👍

nice intro thanks. on the side ADC = analog to digital CONVERTER (not controller). the throttle typically sends a DC signal ('analog') to the controller ADC input. the ADC converts this analog signal to a digital number, meaning the controller then based on the measured voltage sets the correct speed.

Im curious, many batteries (mine included) have a switch on them. Would it damage the conteolwlr to use this switch as power control instead of the anti spark switch you mention?

Never use rated values on spec sheets. Completely ignore them. Always use actual voltmeter readings.
