Make your own Traditional Cornish Christmas Bush (complete with poorly-pronounced Cornish)
It's that time of year again. Just when you think Weird Westcountry is no more, up pops another video. Full disclosure, this was filmed last year but I couldn't finish editing because I was pregnant and looking at the laptop brought on my morning sickness. I know, it makes no sense.
Anyway, behold my simple user guide for creating a little piece of a traditional Cornish Christmas in your home. The Cornish bush (or bunch, given your preference) hails from a simpler time before the Victorians got their grubby mitts all over the festive season. So have a go and remember it's probably best to wear eye protection and some gloves before dealing with that tricky furze blossom.

Here it is, my lovers, the first Weird Westcountry Halloween Special (just completed on time, as tomorrow no-one will care about Halloween and we'll all be left with discount costumes and mouldy pumpkins). I have friends from Devon, and friends from Cornwall, so one scone has jam first the other cream first. The big problem, is which to eat first. Life is so complicated.

I prefer to use my cream like butter, so on the scone first. with a small amount of jam on top, as I don’t care for the sweetness of jam. Will anyone die if I like to eat my food the way _i_ prefer?
