I enjoy designing and building LED techno-art such as this USB-powered PCB which chases colorful patterns across it.
It uses a PICAXE 08M2 as the processor which spits out serial, clock and latch data to the array of shift registers, which switch NPN transistors which in turn flash RGB LEDs to produce red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, pink and white colors.
All things considered (not least chucking someone in a pond when they least expect it), I had a lot more success with this Shift Register project than I did previously. Perhaps I'll revisit that one someday.

I've not had the time to make videos due to work. Actually, I started filming 4 repair videos but they all went south. Normal service will resume shortly. I've replaced the camera audio with Calvin Harris by Josh Pan from the YT audio library because of copyright reasons. The Pubs featured are: The Salty Dog, The Bush Bar and The Star & Garter.

I filmed this during The Event. Thought I may as well upload it on MeTube (after it sat on my hard drive for over 2 years). Carrots should only be given as an occasional treat (due to the relatively high sugar content). I cut the carrot into small chunks for this game.
