Low occupancy is the problem. Driving move-ins for top-line revenue is the answer. So many leads, so few move-ins? What’s happening with the leads you are generating? You need a proven sales process and driven sales force to convert leads to prospects to tours to move-ins. What got you here won’t get you there. The question is, “Where do I start?” We get it. We’ve been there. We’ve sat in the seats, dealt with the challenges. We know what it takes and how to do it. We figure it out, develop the strategy, implement the plan, and measure results. Senior living is not a good investment. Executive directors don't know what happens in their facilities. People that have no experience in Healthcare have no business running Healthcare businesses. I've seen numerous facilities run themselves into the ground. Source? I've been a supervisor/medtech for years
