C’est sympa le Canada😊
Une bonne alimentation est importante pour la santé physique et mentale.
06:54 she says whole grains are nutrient dense?? what?? and vegetables?? look into : beef liver, red meat, eggs, raw dairy. thoose are nutrient dense! she missed out on all the most nutrient dense foods? i am confused
Im happy new content creators theese past few years are highlighting how humans are actually supposed to eat. the oposite of the food pyramid like we've been tricked to beleve is "healthy". i removed all plants, nuts, seeds, vegetables from my diet and oh boy. i never knew i could feel THIS GOOD. crazy !! just eat tons of meat, eggs, wild fish, organic fruit, honey, raw dairy and raw cheese. everyone will feel like a superman/superwoman !
This Video is great! It really is, so much so practable Tipps. Thanks for offer them for free!! Such a gift ❤😊
Hi! Great video!! Thanks!❤⭐😘
So glad you enjoyed! I see you signed up for the master food cravings roadmap! Would love to hear your thoughts on it once you get a chance to look at it! <3
Too many bad food recommendations
See I used to starve myself and then by covid I started to binge and I still can't stop now and it's during the day and the only time I don't is when I get burnt out and can't get out of bed with no motivation what so ever but I get bored I just don't know what to do I am a sophomore in high school I do no sports I have 8-9 pages of hw every day even for weekends for each class, 6-7 tests each Friday, tons of pop quizzes through the week, and finals/midterms are coming up and holidays, relationship and my friendships are going downhillI just don't know what to do my doctor told me that I was just overreacting same with my mom and my mom has us finish our plates(which is a good bit) bc I starved myself but now I get more food to make her happy. I am sorry just went on a whole rant I apologize.
honestly same!
If there was a president for the clean plate club… I’d be it. Once I started becoming a more mindful eater, I realized that eating past fullness just to finish everything on my plate wasn’t doing me any good. So I started doing these 3 things to help me get past this engrained habit: 1. Change the goal. It no longer was my mission to always finish everything on the plate. Instead, my mission was to eat however much until I feel satisfied - allowing myself to stop eating at any point or get more food if I needed to. 2. Respect my hunger/fullness cues. Being aware of your hunger fullness levels is only part of the skill. You need to honor it and respect it through action. 3. Embrace leftovers. You don’t need to eat it all at once, and you don’t need to waste the food on the plate. Grab a to-go box. Put it in a tupperware and enjoy this food later on when you’re hungry again. This can take practice, but I promise you it’s all worth it! Learning to follow through with your hunger and fullness cues is a skill I teach in my paid community, Balanced Body Project. If you want to make peace with your relationship with food and body, have endless recipe inspiration, and have accountability to achieve your health goals - you should join Balanced Body Project here www.skool.com/balancedbodyproject/about ❤

plain greek yogurt mixed with a little caesar dressing makes a great veggie dip too
Oh that sounds like something I would LOVE. Thanks for the tip!
Loved this!!! New follower here!!!
Hi Charissa, as a registered dietician would you consider/enjoy and feel knowledgeable enough to make a video about meeting daily protein requirements, and what goals we should set if we are physically active? It's easy enough to read the DRI the US and UK recommended for sedentary adults but they are just bare minimum recommendedations we can follow to make sure we aren't eating below what's recommended for our individual weights. I've seen a handful of opinions of what we should actually aim for, this video is one example that seemed it could give a good reference th-cam.com/video/2xQi1pOloGY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Hu7mJwhCZND0uL_s however I'd still like more information and study based evidence as to why, especially as recommendations from different individuals on TH-cam are so drastically different without alot of written backup. I'd love to know if you have any knowledge to add to the subject and I hope you are doing well in your life, your work, your health and all things. Xx - Amelie

this is such a great video, thanks for the tips! but how can i do this if i'm on a calorie deficit because i'm targeting fat loss? please help lol
Same principles apply! I would just be even more mindful of calorie content or track your food to ensure you are continuing your calorie deficit.
Hi I’ve been incorporating a lot more cottage cheese recipes to boost my protein intake 😊
I love that! Have you noticed any changes in your health by doing so?
I love that brand of Mackerel it so buttery

I love your videos! im currently studying a degree in Dietetics but am struggling with the science aspect... would love a video on how you got through your degree plus what it was like finding jobs after and just your overall experiences 💌💌💌
Aww thank you so much! Welcome to the Dietetics fam <3 I know this field can be a bit confusing to navigate, so I'll film and post this type of video soon!
I eat food like a hobby. Like idk it’s a hoarder thing in me when i get take out.
I think the "getting your money's worth" part is a little more complicated... sure, the money's already spent and you may be full *now*, but finishing your plate means your stomach will take longer to empty and you won't need a snack 2 hours later (which is more food you have to pay for). So yeah, not finishing a meal you paid for does in fact cost you more money, unless you can take the leftovers home with you.
I get where you're coming from! It really is a complex idea, but overeating past the point of fullness just to finish your plate is not a great habit to keep up with. I'm a huge fan of leftovers and I believe people should take advantage of that more often, so they can even make 2 meals out of 1 they paid for. Also, I feel like if you are truly satisfied and comfortably full, you may not need to eat for a good 4 hours. If it's less than 2 hours then maybe you should be eating more! I just wanted to provide options for people that have that mental barrier of constantly overeating to a point of uncomfortable fullness and they've seen negative impacts to their health and wellbeing because of that. By all means, you can finish your plate and get more if you want if you're actually still hungry!
Full recipe can be found on my website here theroastedveggie.com/ninja-creami-pumpkin-cheesecake-ice-cream/
Can you make a video like this but a pre diabetes version? Was just diagnosed so I’m a journey to reverse it
I'm glad you're seeking resources to help! I would suggest considering what your established carbohydrate goals are that were set by your healthcare team. In general, we recommend for adults 45-60 grams of carbs per meal and 15-30 grams of carbs per snack. So the same principles apply from this video, however I would just keep carbohydrate intake within your individualized goals, and always try to balance carbs with protein, fat, and fiber.
Greetings from Switzerland. Enjoyed this video 🥰
Hello :) Thanks for supporting <3
There is no recipe given here. Not in the description nor in the comments
You’re right! My apologies! Here’s the full recipe on my website theroastedveggie.com/cinnamon-roll-protein-icecream/ ❤️
I’m scared. The timing of this was weird. Who’s watching me? I wonder is the echo dot or our phones listen to us because what?! 😂
lol that's how i feel! the other day I was talking to my boyfriend about aura rings, and boom... an aura ring ad pops up! crazy!
You should definitely try the One Mighty Mill whole wheat tortillas that whole foods sells! Its soooooo good and my mom and I prefer the taste of these over white tortillas, you would love it! (not an ad I just love this so much and have bought it so many times). I want to make every dish in this video, it all looks so delicious and I'm so excited to try them out, thank you for sharing :)
Oooo I have to try that out!! thanks for the recommendation!! <3 I love me a whole wheat tortilla hehe
Since you’re a dietician I feel most comfortable asking you this. What’s the best way to lose weight as a teenager? I am currently 17 , 5’3 , and weight 191. I feel so sad watching the scale go up, which leads me to continue to over eat. Any little problem I have in my life triggers me to over eat. It’s like a never ending cycle that feels like it will truly never end. I have always had trouble eating, if I’m not over eating I’m under eating and have no idea how to create that balance. I’m tired of feeling out of control and want to take my life back.
Thank you I sure enjoyed this tutorial
I'm glad you found this helpful <3
i’ve been thinking of getting one!!! is it 100% worth it??
@@mandythedietitian I have a whole video sharing my opinions on if the ninja creami is worth it or not, so check it out if you like (: but to me ITS SO WORTH IT!
Thanks for this video. Hugs from Portugal

We need more savory breakfast mealprep options!!!!!
Will do! Thanks for the feedback :)
I use mine year round and use it every day. Mostly have protein ice cream for breakfast. Love it!
Yes! I eat mine for breakfast too!! It's the best :)
The title says no protein powder, but the very first recipe suggestion features protein powder. 🫤
Thats why she said no protein powder NEEDED and if she meant no protein powder she would have just said "no protein powder", this means we don't NEED it but only if we want to add more protein! in the first recipe, it already is a very high protein breakfast without adding protein powder as every ingredient added (oats, chia, cream cheese, greek yogurt, milk) has a good amount of protein!
Yes, thank you :)
Iam not even vegan, but i love your videos and you make me want to be vegan or at least have a few vegan meals a week 🥰🥰
