Canon PowerShot Inside Lens Cleaning and Lens Curtain Reassembly

I clean the inside of Canon PowerShot SX720 HS lens. This could probably work for other models of PowerShot as well. I also show how the lens curtain is reassembled in case of accidental disassembly. The lens curtain does not need to be removed for cleaning but may fall apart during the cleaning procedure and be difficult to reassemble.

I fix a broken motor wire and solder on deans connectors to the speed control and motor.

I angled the GoPro to better capture the movement of the front suspension system. Near the end at 5:06 a crash damaged a motor wire.

The BGSU Administration building stood for 60 years. The demolition process was done gradually over multiple weeks with wrecking cranes and other heavy equipment.
Is canon PowerShot SX610 SX620 HS and SX720 has the same lcd?
I don't know for sure. I selected the screen based on what models the screen seller said work and fortunately it did.

I dropped mine and can hear something stuck inside the lens and now it’s saying lens error and I can’t use it. The lens is stuck half way but enough for me to grab onto the end piece can I still pull the lens off if it’s not fully open?
I have pulled that end piece off without the lens being fully open. If you want to remove the lens assembly itself, that is separate procedure which I have not done at this point.

I purchased the display screen on the Ebay website. I don't think local stores sell them. Have to get them shipped from on-line sellers.

I have some little points in the screen. How l can fix that issue?
You may have some "dead" pixels. There is no way to fix the screen itself. It can only be replaced. If it is not that bad though I would leave it be.@@margsritavargas5339
