This is the one Laco won the best in Basel Show 2015 for watches under 3000 euro. In USA it has been sold for aprox $2.500. it is gorgeous. It is called antiqued version. And indeed it looks that it was unearthed yesterday from a former a field of Messersmitd downed pilot fighter. And the strap is also expensive. Very sturdy oiled leather im Laco Bunde form for aprox $350. I think that inside is an ETA callibre. This one is going to last a long long time. I think that the buyers of this watch will also include serious watch collectors. It could be also s good investment.

I think the CTS strap is decent for the cost but would have been happy to pay more for a much better clasp i.e. no sharp edges and polished steel, along with pulling less hairs.

Bought one of these, received it Monday, in 5 days it's almost a minute fast, crap for a watch that cost me over $1900 cad all in. It's going back. Maybe I'll think about another try when they either have solid dial colors in titanium with the better SW-300 movement, and the micro adjust found on the Twelve X. Otherwise it's a no for me unfortunately , because the design is actually quite nice.

Honestly, 145USD for a rubber strap is quite bonkers.

Would it hurt the mechanism if you heated it up and tempered it to increase the steels hardness or is the steel already heat treated and this is the best it gets?

I have an 20.0 cm / 8.0 in diameter wrist. I purchased the Laco Aachen Grau 42 MB (Type B dial with Oyster-style stainless steel bracelet). For me, 42 mm diameter watches fit me perfectly.

The sandblast finish is scratch resistant?

how do you avoid scratches and how do you deal with it... imagine a 50k watch, so just one door ding or an accidental bump against the ground and thats it, money wasted? seems insane to me does the titanium bracelet scratch less than this?

These seem wildly overpriced … appreciate this video because it convinced me not to buy one. I love Delugs and their products but this doesn’t seem up to par like their other straps. I wish they’d just make a proper rubber strap for dive watch with a tang buckle.

Very beautiful 37mm Stuttgart PRO w upgrade Sapphire see thru caseback. Looks great on your 6.5" wrist. The cheaper Augsburg 39(longer lug to lug too) may be too large on my 6.25". Guess this 37mm will be on my next watch list. Btw, is the power reserve 38 hours? Even the Augsburg 39 can go more than 60 hrs with $70 movement upgrade.

Saw this video before i purchased and glad i did. As mentioned in this video, people who are considering this or augsberg should take into account that these have massive visibility. Its all dial with no bezels to get in the way. On my 7" wrist at first i thought i made a mistake, but after some wear it now feels right and not as intrusive as say, my seiko 42mm prospex which you "feel" on your wrist most of the time. Only con is the strap looks ridiculously skinny. Ty for making this video.

Tempted to pick this one up myself. I really like it, even if it is a little feminine. Appreciate the 1 watch plan too, I try and limit myself to 2-3 watches. Anything more than that makes very little sense given servicing costs etc.

Amazing. A watch youtuber that doesn't have at least one Rolex. LOL. Way to go! If you step it up go with a Glashutte Original, Chopard, JLC, or sumsuch, OK? I have some low-end watches (but obtained because there were one or more features/characteristics that appealed to me) and some higher end ones. My Bell & Ross BR03-92 Heritage pops - can't stop looking at it! And a Ball Engineer II, titanium case.
