Absolutely love this ….it tears at the heart strings. I arrived in Australia as a 4 yo refugee from war torn Europe with my parents (I’m now 78). I’m a true blue Aussie as I can play a didgeridoo and have been vaccinated as a true blue Aussie (I was bitten by a snake when I was 10 😀). It’s without a doubt the best country in the world). 🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘

I've been to cities all over the world and never close down. New York to Rome and old London Town, Including Los Angeles France, and so on. In fact, I have travelled all over the world a lot. There are not many places I have not been. or languages I don't speak. Here I am and it's not by choice I travelled for over 25 years of my life. Do I regret coming back sometimes but it's home. I don't think any Australians should or could criticize Australia until they have seen some of the world and then tell me they don't like it here. There are people lining up to come here and you don't have to its yours!

w...why isn't THIS our anthem? ..we all feel so proud when we hear this. tbh even when i was little up until now i still feel like our national anthem is not what we are about... we are about how thankful about how we were born and raised in one of the most beautiful places in the world no matter where we are! I understand this came from an ad but i feel like we can put this behind us and use a song that actually brings us together and not an anthem that some people barely pay attention to... this should be the thing we stand up for, this is the song that shows people who we are. where we are... and what we stand for..
