Made in America by a company not associated with rampant data harvesting. The headset itself is not liked by endpoint and deployment managers. Battery life is trash. The price point is insane. Real world XR deployments use Quest 2's. Yes as non-MDM friendly as they are, THATS what Fortune 500's are buying in bulk because of their price point. Pico is about to swoop in and win though if they can convince everyone that parent company Bytedance isn't going to let the CCP into their HMD's... Actually the headset detecting ir light is how it knows where your controller is. I found this out when me and my friend were playing on ours and the ring on his controllers looked like they had a bunch on lights on it in the pass-through camera.

When I start up the game through the Steam play button, instead of deciding which mode I wanna play, I get this: "ELDEN RING will launch into an environment in your VR HMD as well as on your desktop. Performance may not be acceptable in this mode. To launch this game only on your desktop please exit SteamVR before launching the game."
