I am also caffeine sensitive. I stay away from coffee. I drink matcha but that also affects me if I drink larger than a small 😂 the struggles. I can do without coffee, but matcha, no lol. But yeah caffeine makes me feel like I’m dying and will literally give me insomnia 😅
