Really depends on the weather mate, have caught them in close along the back of 5 fathom or send it out roughly 8-10mile, if you see a lot of birds hanging around 1 area, they dont even have to be diving, theres a fair chance the tuna are around as well 👍

Nothing wrong with a few dhuies mate, its more about burley and time, before the suns up you want burley in that water near some kind of ledge off the back of a reef. Its all trial and error mate 👍

On this trip I used a 14000 twin power, with penn prevail 2, 10.5ft I think is the length, 50 pound braid and 80 pound leader is my go to combo, its not uncommon to hook up on sailfish and big yellow tail tuna which you need to stop as they will spool you very quick on lighter gear, in this vid I had that happen just lucky the braid snapped, locked the reel up at 20kg drag and was peeling it like it was free spool. Some big fish off those cliffs..

The 100 series and 105 are a different setup so prices will vary, but dont expect to much change out of 20k

I will mate definitely, will put up a whole vid in the new year, just want to get all the paperwork done as well to get more of an exact figure for everything, its errr not cheap, if you can save on labour will be a bonus but also a big headache
