Okay, between Brian and Quagmire, Quagmire is literally worse. While I liked the restaurant scene on why Quagmire hated Brian, most of the things that he said that Brian has done is all the stuff he’s done but worse than what Brian has done. He claims he is honest when he is hardly ever honest about anything. Does he own and know he is awful? Of course. For Brian I agree that he was a good character in older seasons, also in my opinion Brian has improved over the last couple of years compared to the seasons 12-16 version of himself. I agree he is still a jerk but he is more honest compared to older seasons but at least he’s more tolerable.
