#1 With spaces #2 You don't need to use the Chat Message action to trigger the your timer command. There is a Command action. In there, you'll find your timer command. If your redeem triggers your timer, you'll probably want a fixed time for that. If you expect the user to provide input, there's a lot of room for failure since they can enter very large numbers or just not enter numbers. That will either make your timer very delayed or break the command because of invalid inputs. #3 If we're using the same version, there is an Overlay action called Timer. That's where you'll setup positioning and the time: wiki.mixitupapp.com/en/actions/overlay-action#timer and the time itself Let me know if this answers your questions. @ministergold-mixitup9527 when I'm adding a New Overlay Widget, when it says to "select the type of overlay" which option am I choosing? There is no option for "Timer" but there is for "Persistent timer" or should I choose something else?

You don't need to make an overlay widget. When you make a new command, choose overlay action, and then timer

@ministergold-mixitup9527 i dont think you can in the way i hopes for. But you could ofcourse just animate a 3d object you want in the game in, for example, blender and export it as a gif and do it that way, i guess.

Since this video is about the hype train music, I'm going to focus on that piece. The only reason why your music would trigger later is because you are using Wait actions. Since I don't know what your setup is, I don't know where you're using them. But, Wait actions in other commands could definitely cause other events and commands to trigger later. If you unlock your hype train commands, that should allow it to ignore the waits: wiki.mixitupapp.com/en/commands

It does not. If you want it to, you'll want to go into Events > Twitch > End Stream (or something to that effect) - Add Twitch action - Select your redeem > set the price Make sure that your redeem was made via mix it up or none of this (including what's in the video) will work

So, this is only meant for the streamer, but if there's interest in having this work for chatters too, just let me know. I just want to make sure there's interest before I dive into it. Making this task management command was kind of a lot tbh

I'll respond to this in a bit, but my response to LadyRobichaux should give you some ideas though

Copying and pasting some instructions with some modifications.... These instructions assume you have the Move obs plugin installed: 1) Right click the scene that has your camera. 2) Click on filters 3) Select Move Source 4) Select your camera for the source 5) Set the duration to 1000ms for 1 second or whatever duration you want 6) Under Transform, you'll see something like this: pos: x 237.0 y 830.2 rot: 0.0 bounds: x 541.000 y 556.185 crop: l 0 t 0 r 0 b 0 - (This is where things will change for you a bit. I'm going to assume your camera is on the bottom left or bottom right side. That will look best for the flush animation) - "pos" is short for position. And, what follows pos: is the x and y values of your camera's position. Setting the y value to like 1500 should bring the camera below view. And then you can have a sound alert play in mix it up at the same time that is a flushing sound. As far as the spinning animation, i don't have an immediate answer for you because any spinning you do will look like circular spinning instead of lateral spinning. Hope that gets you started. When you click the eye ball next to this filter, it'll show the animation. - Make sure you have another filter that brings this back to 0 otherwise if you try to click the eye ball again, it won't show the spin since it will already be at the rotation value you assigned to it. I just rewatched the video. Making the clip live while I'm streaming doesn't really add anything to the explanation. The point is the clip is already created. And, conditionals haven't really changed in the update. I haven't looked at the Discord action yet so that might've changed. If there is something specific you're confused about, ask and I can elaborate on that for you.

Hmmm... Yea, that's a good question. To my knowledge, there isn't a way to exclude who shows up in your credits, but I'll post a question about it in MIU's Discord right now.

This was one of the dev's replies: " If you're referring to the new version of the End Credits Overlay Widget in the Preview, that is already covered. When a user is banned (not timed out), it'll remove all traces of that user from each section. I don't remember off-hand if it does that for the Public version." I have to do a little interpretation of this, but I'm understanding him to say that the preview version of Mix It Up does exclude banned users from the credits. The public version is not the preview version. So, if you're comfortable with using the preview version which I think is also the experimental version, then you're good. If you'd rather wait for it to be brought into the public/stable version, then you might see that as a risk for showing banned users in the credits.

The public version MIGHT cover it, but I haven't personally verified that

So this still works, but Mix it up added a new event after I made this video. Under Twitch, they added a Raid Completed event. You can just stop the stream in that event

I was trying to look at MIU's documentation on this but it doesn't seem like they've updated the events that are available. But, at least logically, yea I think it would make sense to just run a stop stream action in the raid completed event. It makes sense, but i haven't tested it myself yet. So, I guess let me know if you can confirm that it does indeed work.

So literally, if you set it up correctly, if you go "!raid MinisterGold" without the quotes, it'll show the raid notification, hit the raid button to confirm you're leaving and then sometime later, it'll shut off stream. It actually shouldn't work using the test command. It should only work when you're streaming since you can only raid while you're streaming.

@@MinisterGold I tried !raid too, but there is the same results. I think, Mix It Up just can't read /raid <name> or !raid <name> from chat for some reasons

yes. in the drop down in commands menu, select overlay (images and videos). Make sure you have the mix it up browser source added as a source in obs

It can be done with videos. It can be done with pretty much anything in Mix it up

So, you're not too far away from doing that with this video. Make sure your Discord services are connected to your Mix it up setup. At 4:30, you see that I add the quote. After the quote is added, add the Discord action, select send a message, for the channel, select your quotes channel in your Discord server (I assume), for the message that you send to Discord, use $quotelast and that will send the most recently added quote to that Discord channel on your server. Give it a test and let me know how it goes. Let me know if you need more clarification/explanation or if I'm missing what you're trying to accomplish.

Are you just talking about showing a chat message on follow or sub? You would go to Events and then under Twitch click on the follow event or subscription event and add a chat message.

You don't have to add it to OBS. You flip the switch on for the Chat overlay. As long as you have the Mix It Up overlay on OBS, then it'll show when you or other users chat.

All you need to know is already in the video. Setup the currency, require currency and set amount for the currency, then when users use that command, it costs that amount to use.
