You can use but after that apply a coat of varnish to seal the paint otherwise it will start peeling.
@@AribaArts Can We Use Transparent Nail Paint Instead Of Varnish??
Yess you can , but before covering the whole painting with nail paint try to do a small patch test and let it dry for day as sometimes nail polish makes the painting blurry and changes the color of your artwork .

You don't use acrylic on fabric
how do i peel the paper of the cloth?
It will get removed easily once it's completely dry
