I've suffered with back pain for 8 yrs and miss diagnosed with a hip problem for 6 I've just had a hip replacement I was like u couldn't sleep due to pain and opioids painkillers it can get better mate I'm in a much better place at the moment even though I still have pain on a daily basis ...riding my emtb really helps

Hi Adam, I think I might be able to help you with your panic attacks, I suffered with this problem in the mid eighties. My doctor tried giving me pills but I wouldn't ta,e them after the first two, in the end a retired nurse sorted me out in 1 week. PM me and il do my best to explain what I did which has served me well over the years.

Chin up my friend , life sometimes throws us curve balls to deal with , iv been struggling with my mental health for a long time now and 100% get were you are coming from with the lack of sleep and anxiety.
