This is just my opinion, In these scenes, Ahsoka is in the limbo the place between life and death, Anakin is the the one who will take her to the death or send her back to living world so he ask her to choose her path by training her and see if she gonna giving up or keep fighting, the choices choose be two ways in anakin believe First, Ahsoka give up and die then become the spirit and one with the force Second, she will become stronger by using the dark side of the force and keep fighting in the living world The thing that surprised anakin which is the Thrid choice Ahsoka choice, She still don't want to fight but she will live to train her student to be in her place then she will die peacefully afterthat so she still have Hope in her student So anakin send her back knowing ahe still have business in the living world and know she is strong enough even not using the dark side of the force
