Great information about the uselessness of sound deadening products

As with any other van builds there are always ideas that have no relevance to other builds but may have have nuggets of very useful ideas. This build is for those who want to have a functioning base to get out there and just do it. Glampers need not judge as we with this style of build DGAF what you think, we are having an experience you are not. I like here the function over form of the build and the repurposing of materials. Cargo hammocks and totes underbed etc. Thanks for the time you put in to share.

Some are definitely over kill. Add all the extra weight and wiring and on and on. Do you really want to cook in the van and stink it all up with odors. A cot and sleeping bag is enough for me

Absolutely❤ I am so happy I found you. I've always been about simplifying, but am now after a month of learning, seeing how simple I truly desire. At first having a toilet was the most important, now after learning so many unplumbed options, being able to stand tall might be the most important. That might change as well. Glorious stuff! Our canyons aren't as big and majestic as that in Australia, but we have friendly sharky-biters, especially when you're cleaning the underside of your yacht😆 My van's at the mechanic, my build will involve buying a fartsack and sleeping on the floor. Total build cost about $15. Here's to grand adventures!
