i don't know. my guess would be that because the Thai alphabet has almost double the consonants of the English alphabet so that might be it

clear plastic sheet, kind of like PVC sheet, but no chemical (acid) which will damage the banknote, and sealed it a sealing machine I used sheets with a thickness of 5-7mm

Thailand still using the same 1,000baht note. it's just the 20, 50, and 100 baht that had the updated penalty clause for counterfeiting banknotes.

In my last two trips to Thailand, Sept 2022 and May-June 2023, I got like two to three of the 1,000 baht note. Even with the 16th series, only the 500 and 1000 baht notes, rarely see lower denomination notes of King Rama IX.

I started my Thailand stamp collection about 3 years ago as well. 😅 And, thank you for your kind words. I'm still learning as well. Back then, I was about to complete my Thailand banknote collection, so I decided to start collecting Thailand stamps and medals; just want to stay busy and have something to encourage myself to want to go to work everyday.😅 Just last night, I had my cousin in Thailand go purchased some stamps and sent a few postcards to me. According to a website, there just one stamp to be release in March - Muay Thai - so I'm waiting for it to be release and I'll have my cousin mail all those stamps and collectibles I currently have in Thailand.

I buy plastic sheets (non-acidic and PVC-free) that don't have chemicals that going to affect the banknotes and seal them. For me, I bought packs of 5mm thick sheets (200 sheets per pack) and it's a bit thin for my liking, but still gets the job done. I bought a sealer machine ($20-30 on Amazon) and a paper cutting table ($30~ on Amazon), measured the length and height you wanted, and sealed the edges. A bit time-consuming, but it keeps the note in a holder in the right size I want and anyone can handle it without me worrying about them taking the note out with their dirty hand. 😅

an eBay seller, but always be careful

@@santoshkumarpanda2219 I'm a buyer on eBay (based in the US) so I don't know, but never hurt to register to find out. If you're able to register, maybe on the search setting, see if you can select India for delivery so you won't have to waste your time looking at items that you can't buy. But, you can always shoot a message to a seller if you can pay a bit more (shipping) for them to mail the item to India. There had been multiple times like the video you watched where I knew the seller inflated the price so I shot a message and negotiated with the seller. If the seller wants to liquidate their inventory then they are always willing to negotiate and some are not quite ready so they never response. 😅 One other thing I wanted to add to my first comment. Just this year alone, after being on eBay for 10+ years as a buyer, I left my 6th negative review to a Polish seller. I bought some Thailand stamps from this seller once on the 20th of September and the other on the 26th. I got both refunds on the 16th of November after I reported not receiving the items to eBay. The sellers blamed the post office, but I said those two lots were listed as "auction" a few times and I participated in it but never won and the seller said buyers backed out. So, one of the items I won via auction, and the other was "make an offer." Since eBay has a money-back guarantee, I am just trying to catch these kinds of scammy sellers who like to inflate prices and I caught the seller. As of now, Dec 26, haven't seen the items so the seller never sends them.
