Just subscribed to your channel recently. You probably aren't too far from me? My wife and I just bought a home in Catalina near the Miraval resort. She is crazy crazy about her garden! you had me at cowpeas! I decided to also throw down some "Wild Bird Feed" from TS.....it grows real fast and mow it down w grass clippers.....feed to the ducks chickens and pigs.....fodder

We did not have success when adding sand several years ago and gave up on it. Looking back, it was probably play sand. We will give it another try paying attention to the coarseness. Thanks!
