It’s crazy how Douglas Wilson’s brain just explodes when it comes to that topic? There are some behaviors we, as Christians and white men, that we should watch out for to stay healthy. Thank you Stephen for mentioning that, it’s so important.

My Papaw, the first to be identified as a paleoconservative Republican in a traditionally Jeffersonian Democrat family, always told me that our family's views and beliefs have not changed; he emphasized that labels change and become meaningless as time goes on. 'We'd have a lot of explaining to do if my great grandpa came back for a day and saw we were Republicans; we'd have to tell him that we still believe the same as him,' I remember him saying. He'd definitely be considered a Christian Nationalist today, and I hope I can live up to his legacy.

THE PLAYBOOK; Listen very carefully.............................. I believe pagan Rome imploded due to its lack of Morals. Constantine the Great changed the Biblical sabbath to pagan Sunday on March 7th 321, A.D after receiving permission from the Roman Bishop. Constantine carried the title Pontifex Maximus which simply means Supreme Pagan Priest. He changed the worship day without any Biblical Authority in an attempt to unite his Kingdom that was morally broken; kind of like us today. {HELLO} The pagan worship was Mithraism which is the sun-god lord Mithra that was practiced back in Iran-Persia. Mithraic mysteries, was a Roman mystery religion that was inspired by the Zoroastrian deity Mithra. Papal Rome took down pagan Rome from within in their zest for power and set up camp on the pagan Roman grave. Papal Bishop then claimed the Title Pontifex Maximus. So now you know the playbook for the U.S that's being executed by Rome through underground operations of secret societies to implode America and subject her to Papal rule. The climate agenda is her vehicle being used to institute a global pagan sunday. The worship of the earth through climate decree and the worship of the sun is pure 100% Idolatry. The Papal crest has a bronze dragon and vatican means divine serpent. The Biblical bronze kingdom was Greece where all your worldly pagan philosophers came from and was incorporated by pagan Rome, the Greco-Roman empire and reached their Zenith in papal Rome. What folks are seeing today is Drama; The world's a stage and the actors are in place acting out the final drama in earth's history. IT'S ALL OVER: THIS IS YOUR FINAL BREATHE unless humanity repents and gives up sin and all worldly pleasures and ask the TRUE Jesus Christ for complete forgiveness and learn the TRUE Biblical Doctrines of Faith and not the pagan practices that are exercised by Protestants-\evangelicals throughout so called Christianity today. Mr Trump wants to establish Sunday decree to make America great again. His board of advisors are evangelical pastors which also served him during his first term in office.

You call it "moral posturing". I call it "moral cowardice". When some one refuses to do something right claiming the moral high ground prevents them from doing it, as it might upset other people. They typically use morality to justify inaction.

I understand this argument is offered in The Case for Christian Nationalism 1) Civil government ought to direct its people to the true religion. 2) The Christian religion is the true religion. 3) Therefore, civil government ought to direct its people to the Christian religion. What is the intended form of this argument? It seems like it could be either Modus Ponens or Hypothetical Syllogism.

On a more serious note: These educational videos are excellent. There’s lots of content in the CN space, but I think the discussion of novel concepts is necessary for continued growth in the movement. The information is dense and clearly presented. It also demonstrates lucid, informed thinking. Frankly, I don’t think many people are capable of putting out this sort of material. This is important work, please continue doing it.

Great stuff. Raises some interesting things. Is it even possible for a Christian to be both a good man and a good citizen, in our modern western society? As you have pointed-out, we exist in an environment awash with secularism, pornography, homosexuality, liberalism, abortion, other belief systems, yet some Christian elites think they are both good man and good citizen. How is this even a valid option? The two are exclusive of each other (imho). Surely, one cannot - in the real rational, cogent world - be both at the same time, unless one is mentally ill or confused. I am a good man (or at-least I try to be) who tries to follow scriptures and I am NOT a good citizen. I reject the doctrines and narratives of this liberal world that I am subjected to, and I aspire to effect change in my environment that will better reflect my own beliefs. This necessitates my political activism in that environment to help induce change I want. (as an aside, I have a friend who eshews such an attitude of political activity, calling it "worldliness", wasting time, and he advises that I should hasten the Fall so we will all be saved...) This is why I see Christian Nationalism as the solution for countering many of the issues put in our way by liberals: Issues such as identity, race, equality, social justice, virtue signalling (all those modern notions of what makes a good citizen) and vacates that space to replace them things with ONE thing: Christianity, where the nation is not about division based upon inherent characteristics but by faith in Jesus. A nation and system of government that balances my good man with being a good citizen and NOT betraying the will of God. A nation of Christians and where race is irrelevant or secondary. Sorry for the rant. Best wishes. Oh yes, am reading Roper's "Martin Luther Renegade and Prophet". Would love to know your views on him.

I have to laugh when people tell Christians to stop voting in favor for issues that line up with Christian values, as if our government is in danger of becoming a Christian theocracy (it's not, I can reassure you). It's like, you vote for what you believe, and ultimately, there is no separation between "church" and state... you vote your conscience, whether your conscience is being ruled by your rationality formed by objective truth or by your acknowledged or unacknowledged feelings and desires.
