I like your stair case and the angled building which isn't something you usually see in a Lego city.

Oh thank god you also hate that archway patio thing😅 tbh, just removing it would be an improvement. Not everything needs to have something

While other Cities are amazing that TH-camrs show off, this one is by far the best. It is the epitome of custom. It speaks volumes in style and character, and really communicates that bigger isn't always better and that you can do so much in smaller space if you start using its verticality. My only criticism is realism. I will always have realistic in universe minifig access for both interiors and exteriors. For eg, stairs to all floors, toilets, etc. In this case the stone stairs rails are short and a minifig could fall off and cause serious injury. 😂 Masterful.

you should add a quite big square where the stairs go, and add a baroque curch, that would fit perfect

Don't give up on the arch. I think it's a good idea to have one there and the scrolls on the top work with the rest of the building. Maybe simplify it so it just has straight sides with the scrolls on top? Or you could hide the sides with some foliage
