Nice comparison. I don't consider NeoII oil pastels as that company makes actual oil pastels (as labeled). I heard Unison is the best [top of the line] but not many can afford them to try ... they are ridiculously expensive in the US. I really appreciate your review. Thank you.

Hi Danh ! You always are very in advance of me for portrait. I am just finishing an oil pastels portraits, the first one. Now, I see you performing with color pencils. I have also especially some Caran d'Ache Luminance and Derwent lightfast but didn't yet dare to use them 😅.

How in the world can you do that with colored pencils!!! That is amazing what the heck!!! You need to frame that fr great work ❤❤❤

Did you use the back side of the Cason paper? I didn’t notice the texture that’s usually apparent on the front side of the paper. I love how soft the portrait is.

You captured the light wonderfully! May I ask why you used the white Posca pen instead of white oil pastel? I was very surprised to see it holds on to oil pastels, never thought it would since it's acrylic paint. Love your work, I really enjoy watching ❤
