House Full of Lies
A story of depression, deceit, and disillusionment. How a young kid watching Full House accidentally found a plot hole so big you could walk through it, and what happened sixteen years later. My love letter to television, and finally an answer to 'whatever happened to predictability?'.

Actually, technically, I didn’t show Jessie graduating in season four so technically it could’ve happened he could’ve went to school the next day somehow and maybe he said I’m going to the bathroom and then he just never came back. You know technically it could be true because they didn’t show really graduation. They show the day before.graduation I love this show I miss this show thank you for video

There was another Jesse graduation related plot hole/continuity issue. Remember the Subway graduation episode in which Jesse reveals that he gets a tooth ache every time he hears the Bonanza theme song, because his dentist from childhood would always hum that song? Well in another episode, which sadly I cannot remember the plot for, Jesse hums the Bonanza theme song with Nicky or Alex bouncing on his knee like he's riding a horse, and low and behold, Jesse displays no tooth discomfort.

I started watching Full House at fourteen years old. I caught up with the third seasons right before I started watching the fourth season. I still love DJ though. She’s still my favourite character. The reason why I got into Full House, was because I wanted to escape reality and go into my world, because it was too much pressure at fourteen. I stopped watching the show last year when I turned nineteen. I moved on from it. But I’ll still remember the show so much. Still cool that you get the chance to talk to the writer though. Props to you.

I;m actually rewatching the show right now -first tie as during the late 90s and then once again in the early 2000s and then when I was laid up due to an injury back in 2019 and now. It's still a fun show.

Italian here. When I saw the Jon Stewart list/rant, I immediately saved all those places on Gmaps, with the intent of trying them out one day. Glad to know there’s more to it before I travel to NYC for the first time. You did an amazing job, I applaud your skills and dedication.

I completely felt that about Full House being a comfort during childhood depression. I found Full House the summer that my older brother left for the military when I was 9. Didn't realize it then, but it left me in that same spot, and full house as well as Cosby Show and later on Fresh Prince was that comfort.

Man that who tgif abc was everything. Watching families you wish you were a part of or had a family like. Seeing the tanners go to Disney then finally going to Disney with my family and pointing out spots that were in the episode. Kids these days don’t know what it’s like to have shows like this. They will never have cartoons or toys as good as we had it back in the 80s and 90s. Even music was better. Now it’s nostalgia when watching this but it’s also sad knowing that was so long ago and time flys.

Man, I didn't expect this to be such a compelling story! I feel like I was on that journey with you guys! As a pizza lover myself, and someone who's family is Italian and from Brooklyn, even though I wasn't born there, I feel like I'm still a New Yorker myself. I haven't been back to New York in over 20 years, but its still in my through my parents. I feel that connection to New York and its pizza, and so watching this I felt like I was home. Now, I kind of just want to go to New York once again finally and at least have a slice of Totonno's! Now that its in the year of 2024, their 100th anniversary. Its only right! Thank you for this, Paul. I really enjoyed this pizza journey!

Jesse also makes a reference to his graduation when deciding that Danny and Joey are both to be his best man. They tell him its tradition to have one best man, and he says he broke the tradition of not wearing a graduation cap, as he didn't want it to mess up his hair. Also, Jesse's last name is Cochran in the first season, and it changes to Katzopolis from the second season on. I'm sure the list continues.

blessing ur sub count. good vid. wished that the first voice I heard after part 8 was antoinette's. I think it would have been cool if u went to the shop first and filmed then met with her at a separate time and overlayed an in-person interview over the footage from the shop for the final video
