Healthy fats also help you to sustain energy and stay full longer. When you are looking to add healthy fats to your diet, choose foods that contain Omega-3 fats. These are the best for your body.

Spiralised courgettes taste nice but also taste of courgette. Pasta and noodles taste of pasta and noodles. Theres v little similarity even when smothered in a sauce.

Just wondering how much nut butter, tamari, and sesame oil you used in the dressing? I caught amounts for the other items.

If I were you I’d look into the Carnivore /ketovore lifestyle. Look into how many are healing from all sorts of issues from severe autoimmune illnesses and depression to diabetes schizophrenia en so many other conditions. 🤍
