My Audi A6 2006 won't start not even dash board. How do I get software to delete codes? How much does it cost? & can I do it myself?

My 06 A8L. My battery died with my truck open while I was using obdeleven to gain access to the green menu and restore my air suspension menu. I'm in the process of changing my water pump and timing belt so I can't start my car. I forgot to put it on the battery maintainer. The key is stuck, the word SAFE was on the trip odometer then the center heads up display turned all read, flashed a key with a slash through it and everything was dead. The battery in the key fob was dead as well. Recharged the battery and replaced the key fob battery. The button beside the key for the release is broken out and doesn't work. When I attached the battery the lights on the dash flash quickly and then they're gone. Turning the key does nothing. I can see the mileage and the MMI is still on and active. The e-brake seems to be working as well as the leveling button on the driver door. The car is in jack stands as well. The steering wheel doesn't lock either. Turning the key either way does nothing. Any suggestions? Can this be done with obdeleven?

Man, you should have just read the manual vs. taking all these things apart. Reading is fundamental.

Video OK for replacing 80% of the oil. Best to remove drain plug underneath and change filter. Some S550’s have a plastic disposable drain plugs and oil filter with no stem. Either way, super easy oil change.

Where can I buy that pump you have? It’s really nice.

Is the cause really a bad battery? Has anybody had this problem more than once?

Shouldn't it be 0W-40? What about oil filter change? Shouldn't gravity bring down the oil so that metal shavings can be drained along with oil?

Hi ..did you do the hazards-brake-highbeam process with key out of ignition, or key in ignition but off position? Cant read diagnostics, battery indicates 100%, no response on dash

I had a problem just like this, and your video helped to get ignition back. But the root problem was not solved because it happend again. The problem is in the steering lock module particulary in the switching mechanism. There is a repair kit for this. It a DIY job which everyone can do with a soldering gun. You can purchase the kit on ebay www.ebay.com/itm/113392167454

By pass what? The only thing you doing is awakening the gateway and making communication available from gateway to all the modules. This problem will continue until you replace the access start

Question. A6 Quattro 2007. few weeks ago car suddenly turned off, started to get frequent. it would turn on after either just switching out the keys, or removing the fuses one at a time, or by removing the 40 fuse in the trunk. Then it started shitting more frequently so i would disconnect battery and it was good again. now none of these methods work. when i turn key engine wants to start but wont. i dont think its fuel pump. can it be intake manifold or ...?

Have a question ⁉️ notice that in your video the ESP fault and the headlamp fault are on are the turn signals and everything connected to the steering wheel not working also?
