I bet there was 15ac left. Maybe I missed it, but do you have any experience with a Treffler? Right now running a Hatzenbichler but liking the job I see on these individual spring setups. The Einbock looks heavier and I've heard it has some cab controls that might make it more attractive.

Just finished planting organic corn yesterday here in western Wisconsin. Spotty showers all the time but ground conditions were ideal when we planted and soil temperature was finally in the 60s. You get forty chances in farming, 47th try for me.😅

I am also an organic farmer. you do a good job! how is the infrastructure over there for organic farmers? is it easy to sell your organic soyabeans and other organic products? what is the price for 1.000kg soyabeans from your farm? Do you have many organic certification companies in the usa? how many acres of farmland you need in the usa to make a living for a family of 6 people? i am so interested in organic farming in the us

my granddad always planted red clover with his oats, I don't think alfalfa verities were available at that time/location. then the clover became a hay field for a few seasons, then he put his hogs on it the year before corn. I think by the end of summer there probably wasn't a single clover root to be found in the field. did need the loader to fill in some wallows they made though. he wasn't an organic farmer, but like many of his peers at that time the framework was already there, crop rotation and livestock were seen as critical part soil health/fertility

We have seeded clover or alfalfa with our oats or barley for probably 20 years. It works well for us. Sometimes you have to mow it or disk it mid fall for weed control.

Yes we do till our soils with Organic’s but every field we take over and transition to organic we increase the organic matter in the soil. We use cover crops and with no chemicals we have proven and measurable healthier soil

I've always been fascinated with ag machines, but it's the working the soil that does it for me, especially in organic farming. so much of what we do degrades our environment, but the fact that we as humans can create healthy rich soil in a few years/decades instead of thousands to millions of years is mind blowing.

We have 9 rx tractors we always push up on the cylinder side under the big wheels and we take both the big wheels off helps alot and then take bottom of track out first and then top and then when we put track back on we hook the top of the track in the drive wheel lugs first and then the bottom part that's just easier for us try do that next time mabey hope it will help yall

I would recommend keeping the wide belts on for planting. We go through a set of 18’s every 300h with cultivators. They melt on the summer roads. Get yourself a spare track also as they are hard to come by.

Like at 14:35 is the sound change in the background the generator engine lugging that much for those weeds? Looks like they’d have a capacitor system in there if so it sounds like slug feeding a combine

Your 3 point category 3 lower hooks should flip over to reveal your category 4 hooks if it is the same as our quick hitch.

Funny, I've lived in Madison my entire life and never knew they take organic soybeans.

It didn't snow for awhile, then snowed a bunch, then it all melted!

Look into getting a tire groover. They are a cheap way to get more life out of a tire like that. Also congrats on the baby.
