LHO never fired a shot at JFK. The CIA recruited Bay Of Pigs dissidents, along with Ruth Paine to lure Oswald to be a decoy. The dissidents shot JFK, and we're picked up by Paine behind the fence as planned, with LHO left behind to take the blame. Paine transported the assassins to a pre arranged location where CIA agents murdered them. Paine knowing Oswald would flee back to his rooming house, called Dallas police and reported his route and what clothes he was wearing. LHO thinking Tippett was involved in the plot to frame him, shot and killed Tippett. Paine was paid well, and immediately was out of poverty; forever laughing all the way to the bank! Ruby played no roll in the conspiracy.

In 1986, a mock trial was held. It is called On Trial: Lee Harvey Oswald. The prosecutor was Vincent Bugliosi. The defense was Gerry Spence. It had all real witnesses under oath. You can find it on TH-cam if you search. One particular testimony I found very enlightening. When Gerry Spence questioned Dallas Deputy Sheriff Eugene Boone. Boone was the Deputy that found the hidden rifle. He said in his testimony that he put his marking on it and originally said it was a Mauser. When the rifle was sent to the FBI, the Mauser turned into a Manlicher Carcano. When asked if the rifle the FBI returned was the same one he had found in the TSBD on November 22,1963, Boone said no. When asked why not, he said because he had put his marking on the rifle he found and that the rifle he was shown, did not have his marking on it. I think that testimony is crucial evidence and never ever discussed. You can find his video testimony on TH-cam. I cannot post the link for you as it will get deleted. But I posted it on my channel as well.

All the shots came from the sixth floor window. a) Victims' reactions in Zapruder's film clearly demonstrate they are hit by the same bullet, and ergo, from behind. b) Kennedy is clearly seen to suffer an exit wound exploding at the temple consistent only with a shot from behind. c) All bullets and fragments ever found were matched to Oswald's rifle. d) Connally's said the shots came from behind. e) Autopsy shows the shots came from behind. f) Parkland doctors had no particular problem with the autopsy photos demonstrating the shots came from behind. g) Witnesses directly under the sixth floor window firmly said the shots all came from directly overhead.

We currently know the Warren Report, HSCA, and all the american federal inquiries that investigated the kennedy case wrote the history of a nation that it has many skeletons in the closet and does not have the courage to open the doors.

@dallaslivetonight It not an opinion...it a fact. I grew up in Dallas in the 60s. I lived in J.D. Tippit's normal patrol district. My father was a professional gambler who ran a casino in Tippit's district. He paid Sheriff Decker a cut of the proceeds each month that kept law enforcement from interfering with his casino, which was also a public restaurant. So Tippit would have known about the place, and let it run wide open. In other words, the whole law enforcement in Dallas was down with the game. Both of my parents were at the Dallas Trade Mart waiting for Kennedy to arrive when he was assassinated. My father knew 5 or 6 people in the motorcade...U.S. Senator Ralph Yarborough, Dallas Mayor Earl Cabell, Sheriff Bill Decker, future mayor Wes Wise and DPD Chief Curry. He also knew Jack Ruby, Benny Benion, Lois Green, Joseph Campisi, and all the professional gamblers going back to the 1920s. My father and Sheriff Decker ran bootleg whiskey operation together going back to prohibition. I know what happened. Do you. Because I can point out very many inaccuracies in your video and can prove they are false. Have you ever been to Dallas back in the 60s?

Let us look at Tippit’s movements: Sitting at the Gloco station watching the cars come over the Houston Street Viaduct. Leaves the Gloco station and “tears” down Lancaster Road at a fast rate of speed. Makes a hurried phone call at the Top Ten Record Shop, and does not get an answer. Stops James A.
