Thanks for the info. I was just about to take my 2000 es to a shop because I’m stumped. Had misfire codes in 1,3 and 5 cylinders but would run ok until operating temperature which then would seem to smother itself. Turned out the bank 2 cat was plugged. I hollowed out bank 2 cat and discovered that bank 1 cat was already hollow and its contents were stuck before the third cat. I cleared the exhaust and installed new plugs, coils packs, fuel injectors and vvt solenoids (cheap eBay ones). It now misfires on #1,#2 and #3??? I searched high and low thinking I created a vacuum leak somewhere in the process to no avail. Repositioning the plugs, coils and injectors did not change the misfire location. Do you think the $40 (pair) vvt solenoids could be the culprit? I already threw out the old ones so can’t use those to decipher. Thanks in advance. Really hate to throw in the towel.

I went to 2 fucking Lowe’s and they didn’t have the size grommet that other posters have said even though it says they had 6 in stock. I also couldn’t put the e clip on since the bushing I was forced to buy is too wide. So I just have a larger bushing and the cap and hope the cap holds it all in place

I totally agree! I purchased one from the same company and it didn't even last 3 months! And they are waaaay over priced! I have now discovered that you can purchase them at Orielly auto part store, and it's a much better quality, wish I would have known it at the time.

So delivery (and these words upon the bill) absolve the drawer even if the drawee rejects. Interesting eh!?

He said to me that If he fixes it then he had to fix the pther part attached to it and If he fix that one o after that he has to fix an other pipe line attached to it. Long story short. Is the oil filter nearby such that the technician could have damaged the sensor wiring? (I hate to be one of those people that blame the last service ... but you never know!)

I have a 99 coach addition. Tranny went out at 100k got a junk yard tranny and had similar issues. Found out not using od solenoid was causing issues. So more I used overdrive solenoid better it got. Also oil filter in the trany is a mesh filter to avoid fuel starvation. I am sharing this info to whomsoever will help. Thank you for the video. My car does not have problem shown in the video.

Was even branded as real denso or Toyota oem with a seller with thousands of reviews. But it was fake garbage. I only ever order from bell now or Toyota if it’s cheaper. If the vaccum leak was big enought or if one of the valves wasn't working correctly would it cause the engine not to rev past 2500 rpm and and have a really bad missfire

The valve that is on the canister is your vent solenoid, there were problems with false codes on these vehicles, they put a service bulletin out that shows a fix using check valves as long as your valves are working and no leaks I wouldn't worry about it once a vehicle is 25 yrs old it doesn't have to pass emissions and your allowed 2 monitors to not be run anyway.

What's happen?

I installed some ebay coil on plugs on my 2003 Honda about 3 years ago. The life duration on the coil listed on the ebay listing was 50 to 62k miles. I got about 70k miles on those coil before getting misfire codes. So i got my moneys worth.
