I got the boat and the motors and drive systems were shagged out,I knew that these boat hulls crack so I did a full carbon Kevlar inlay next it's quite heavy so went single and this vid is only a test there's more motor setups to test
It's Spektrum Firma 4685 1350kv and 160A Spektrum Firma Marine esc 8s

No it's ZTW200A ESC and runs 8s with ABC 1917-1745 prop for a few laps or with a smaller prop ABC 1716-1745

Love my V1 its taken loads of abuse, the only way my self righting as failed me was the 6s disconnecting and flying out of position making the weight balance off. I fixed that with some foam

Hi Paul, I have ordered a 45mm 1.6 propeller for my Joysway Invincible Razor... it is the mk1 with the stock 4563 1800kv motor. I don't know the original propeller but that hull is similar to this one... what do you think of the propeller?

My record on this boat with the motor SSS 4082 200 kW 6s - 134 km/h. Propeller ABS 1817. With the new setup on the TP4060 the speed is already 155 km/h.

I'm amazed you run such a small lipo with such a big motor! Why don't you run a bigger capacity? You will probably have less voltage drop, and therefore more speed! Great build again ✌️

Hi yes I did, actually quite surprised for the size ,I ran 2 X 1550mah,in my rigger I use 1800mah 130-260c they are awesome,the rest of GN3 is terrible

Im a member but not an active member its mostly for gas boats and i dont have one.They have the course at Sladden Park on the Hutt river .We kive in Wellington city

@@paulcooper7162 it always amazes me how fast your boat go on such small mah lipo’s. This one blows my mind on its smoothness. The drive shaft sound is so smooth I am jealous, nothing I own is that smooth sounding.

I wish there was a place to get them repaired. Mine was pretty good until it died. I got a Hobbywing Max 5 250 amp now with a water cooling plate instead of the fan. I instantly gained 7.3 mph over the ZTW.

@@paulcooper7162 you can buy an OTA programmer that talks to your iPhone which I have but I didn’t use it yet so far I just used the hobby wing LCD programmer to set it up

Definitely worth getting but the stock prop needs changing to 43mm 1.4p and the flex cable cleaned of blue grease and fit a new teflon liner

Nice conversion! Did you get it to run properly, with the CoG more towards the rear? Or do the steps keep messing up the running attitude? (I have one on the shelf, waiting to get converted to brushless.)
