One video series which I think could be really awesome would be a Custom DataAsset editor! (even though it's extremely complex, requires use of Slate classes and tons of other classes to draw the nodes and pins) One that's also really useful and not that hard to implement is the ability to add custom " C++ Cheat functions" to the list of console commands (even though it unfortunately doesn't work in Shipping packages), requires overriding the CheatManager class and another ConsoleCommand class which I can't remember right now
