The minute Falcone came on I was like "is this an Aussie? Wait, is this an _Australian_ production?" Sure nuff, it is. Fantastic job, mates! This is so good it could be professional. The editing, the camera work, the acting - this is _amazing_
Why is noone talking about how that joker was legit pretty good
Keep up the good Job
Instantly wanted to turn it off the second I saw the joker. Could have at least made his arms white… like if you’re going to the trouble to have him with his sleeves rolled up, make his arms white. His skin is white. All of his skin dude. Haha.
We wanted to go for something that was based in make up and not induced by chemicals. We just felt that something closer to our own plausibility suited the world and tone we were gunning for. Totally fair point though.
@@tobybajrovicI didn’t mind the look of the Joker overall
I'm sorry, I just can't stomach some actors' portrayal of the joker. This being one of them. No offense, I still liked the video.
Truly one of the best short films I've ever seen. Fan or otherwise
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; -Romans 3:23 And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. - Jeremiah 29:13 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. - John 3:16 Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out. - Acts 3:19 If you’re in North America, please go check out any of the churches available to you: PCA, OPC, Rpcna, Urcna, or a Canrc church. (These are conservative and actual Reformed/Presbyterian churches) If you’re Scottish, I recommend the Free Church of Scotland and the APC. (Different from the Church of Scotland) If you’re English I recommend the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in England & Wales and the Free Church of England (Different from the Church of England) Also online you can look up church finders for each of the groups, it’ll show you locations. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. - Hebrews 10:24-25

Almost a decade later and I still revisit this fan film from time to time. In short, an incredible fan film that did a tremendous service toward Jason Todd/Red Hood. I am hoping that one day you make a sequel to this film or a reboot of sorts.
WHOOOOO!!!! UGH So goood!!!!!!! 8 YEARS AGO??? It deserves so much more attention x.x
Damn, this was really good! I am really impressed by the high quality of it!
Warner Bros And DC Comics NEED To Start taking notes on making better Movies for Beloved DC Fans, Marvel Stans need to be Scared of the Most Disturbing Things Ever imaginable in DC Comics History
21:17 "Why, it's to prove a point. We stopped checking for monsters under our beds when we realized that they were inside us. Let it out!" That line resonated with me at the end. I believe Joker wanted Jason to embrace his pain, suffering, and the 'monster' inside him.
This is OUTSTANDING!
Seeing this now but this is fire 🔥 better than other fan film I've seen it's competing with the big industry just fantastic ❤
Im watching this now 8 years later, where this year there is a different ongoing red hood project which has its strengths and weaknesses just like this video here. but the chills with the fight scenes, the amazing characterisation overall here and the props and just the entire way the fan film is directed is still a masterpiece almost a decade later. This truly puts DC and warner bros. to absolute SHAME that they havent used and developed Jason/ Red hood. this is truly a work of art, i love this dearly and everyone who made this happen should truly be proud of themselves. this will carry and hold so many of us afloat whilst we hope for some better crumbs from the big gun producers themselves. I love this fan film so much and yeah just WOW.
Thank you so much for your kind comment mate. Words like this really make me reflect on the experience of making this and I simply can't believer it's nearly been a decade since. One day I will revisit this world. Appreciate it x
@tobybajrovic sure will await for that fateful day if you do return to this with all the same excitement
This is joke
This video movie is good and I hope they make a nether one.
Y’all be ripping on this Joker, when you know this isn’t the worst Joker out there. This isn’t even close. This was still a decent fan film. And a decent Joker.
2024 anyone ??
This is the best fan film I've seen so far, it seems more real, well done
thanks mate! really appreciate the kind words :)
Why does the joker look like every average 40 year old investment banker
Great job on your Red Hood can't wait to see more how ever the joker needs more work
This is EPIC, so well put together mate!! Hollywood, somebody get this man a residency in LA and let him go wild!!
Que pasó con red hood????
It's ok not a bad redition of Jason but the financial guy could've been better and the action but solid. C+
Joker 🃏 looks more like penguin 🐧
Ngl, Red Hood needs more recognition
