I'd way rather have a good defense. We can win a shootout. We easily could've won today. But it's hard to win when your offense can barely score 15 points

I agree, the defense hasn’t been good for a long time. Probably since the Rhule days. Safe to say until we get an edge rusher and a DE that can help on the other side, plus some beef in the ILB, we’re not going to stop anyone. Dalton is our QB1 for at least this year, maybe next year. But we’re in a situation of go look for our future QB1 or get the defense some help.

Yeah I have to go ahead and disagree. Not dating anything about fair calls but as a lifelong Panthers fan, we have historically had bad. awful, and many times just downright unfair officiating against us. I can't tell you how many times I've had to just turn the game because I get so pissed off at the ridiculously bad calls we ALWAYS get. Superbowl 50 anyone??? Worst officiating I've ever seen in any game of any sport

The defense is not getting it done.

This game just proves that week 3 was a high for Dalton against a sub par secondary. He wouldn’t be a long term option even if he was 26 and not 36. Legette had drops Johnson had drops Mingo had a drop, Andy had two interceptions even tho he was rescued by a penalty on the second one. We had Penalties on offense. This offense has to functional beyond the first 15 plays. The offense scored 3 times but struggled for two of them and left the 4th on special teams. There is just a lot of building left to do on the depth chart

I just knew our defense was gonna get cooked. The one game I couldn't watch due to the hurricane smh. Offense had to play perfect for us to win this game.

We had a good game today. We did. Great job against the Cincinnati bengals. If anybody is overreacting about this game then go take a seat. Our offense looked good again. Something that we have desperately needed for so long. Our defense just couldn’t keep us in this one. But it was a close game and we showed competence!! We actually look like a real NFL team!!! So I hate we lost but I’m still happy about our performance today, as a team! We are competitive and Dave canales is going to be a good coach!! I liked the play calling as well just wish we would’ve taken some points on that first drive. XL has to work on those drops. Unfortunately we just don’t have a decent pass rush either. BUT KEEP POUNDING 👊🏼

They do look improved but yes, the D is not going to stop many teams. At least they were somewhat in the game.

All in all the team looks okay. We have almost no pass rush. Against a team like the bengals with firepower this means a game where the secondary can’t cover long enough. Sometimes the edge rushers look like they are locked up tight and can’t even break loose after 5 seconds even while single teamed. Obviously the injuries don’t help. We definitely need to draft some edge talent going forward.

Honestly, they need to trade young to a team that’s gonna help him develop and do better as a rookie quarterback. They did nothing to help him last season. They didn’t protect him. They didn’t do nothing. They just accepted him because he was so good coming out of college and they wanted to look good, but they didn’t take the time the rookies and the vets take time to work with him and help him get fit and ready for the professional league versus college and then doing this to this young man is very wrong honestly just move to another team that’s gonna work with him help him do a better way of quarterbacking because this team is trash last season I watched the whole season and I saw how he wasn’t protected. He wasn’t being trained right they just threw him to the wolves. Young needs to go to a team that’s going to help him develop better train him better and be part of a team this team they’re offer for themselves. They don’t care they’re not working as a team and you can see that it’s all about the book it’s all about money, money money they don’t care they’re not about the team Needs to be traded to somebody. Who’s gonna work with him help him develop help him do better because what happens if this replacement quarterback don’t do good right now he’s doing an interception and he’s just starting today. It’s pathetic Instead of the coaches and the team working with this young man to do better and work as a team, they’re just gonna bench him. That’s not right that’s not right at all when this team came out they were good but then as she could see years later, they’re all about themselves. The coaches don’t care about the team. They don’t care about working with the players to do better they don’t care, honestly young needs to be traded to a team that’s gonna work with him help him develop his skills and make him a better quarterback and also have a team that’s gonna protect him and work with him because this team right here ain’t doing it for him The coaches made the wrong choice because I guarantee you if this replacement quarterback don’t stand up to what they are expecting him to do. The blame is on them because they’re not training their players the right way the team is not together working together. They need to be trained better together.

Did we not see what we saw? Bryce sucks and Andy is a real QB. How about we quit obsessing about the guy who struggles to pass for 100 yards. Time to sign Andy for a few more years and get some DE's and a true #1 WR. Think about how to win big with a real QB and when Andy is done, we'll be bad enough to draft a number 1 QB.

We will either go on a decent winning streak.....Or pee the bed and revert back to being the laughing stock of the league. We're really about to find out these next 4 games what type of team we have here.

Burrows is looking/acting weak, no confidence. He’s a good player. I feel he’s doubting his own ability.
