Did you wet sand before paint because that's the cleanest 1 stage I've seen so far.Is it necessary to wet sand after primer sealer.

Looks like your receiver hitch mount has square tube horizontally under the truck. You could make some slide-in, pin-in arms that would shore up the side-to-side wobble. Such as similar to the support straps a standard engine hoist has. Great vid!

What guage metal did you use? My 07 is getting bad its not that bad yet but planned on getting the rockers from mill supply and encorporating those. But yours came out nice man. How much time did you put into that??? Need to fix mine for state inspection

To repair the issue a complete paint job is needed. This customer just wanted to patch paint the issue and see how long they could make it.

So, patch fixing paint peel off is ok? I thought it is a whole body paint issue

Nice but needs to swivel. See what you could come up with using a 4x4 spindle and hub the tapered roller bearing would handle the load. Point the hub down and you could even use the "FREE" "LOCK" setting 👍

Why not hit the inside with some Cold Galvinizing compound (zinc rich in a spray paint can) had good with the stuff in the past. Would it interfere with the welding?

How is the ride and what did kit cost ? What is the benefit of the Arms you installed on front ?

what is the difference between single stage and base + clear? I thought single stage is just one spray and the clear is built in. Hope you can educate me.

I did mine in the hitch as well , I made a review video about 2 years ago about the hoist but everybody kept asking about my hitch mount instead of the hoist 😜👍🏽 Using the frame only seems logical. It’s a no-brainer if you ask me

Those wheels look so good on the XJ! I assume the diffs would require regearing to run them? The rock sliders look great too. That seems like a good way to get some strength without losing ground clearance.

Greetings, your 4 runner is 2w or 4w, I have a 2019 runner but 2 w, in many places they say that this suspension 76631 from rought country can be installed, but others not that only 4x4, the issue is confusing, only the explanation they give is for him weight of the engine, there are also others who think that with a bumper on a 2w they would work perfectly due to the weight it adds to the front. Good update, there are always negative comments about rough country but they lack specific foundations, the only thing they talk about is It's cheap and it doesn't work well, but there are no reasons to explain how bad it could be. For me, all those critical comments without proof of its operation are lacking. Regards..

Im going to have my 1991 Aucra Integra painted. Its original color is Acura flint black metallic and after seeing your video here I'm considering Nighthawk black pearl. I spoke with a body shop and for $3500 they will disassemble (take off bumpers and badges, door handles, sand down the car, fix any dings (no history of any accidents and it is rust free), spray a primer, then three coats of paint and four coats of clear. If you can, please let me know if this is a fair price. Also, is the pearl in the paint or mixed in the clear? Thanks.
