INGREDIENTS:
STEP 1: PREPARE CAKE PAN
SCISSOR, PENCIL, PARCHMENT PAPER, OVAL CAKE PAN
STEP 2: CREAM CHEESE BATTER
150g CREAM CHEESE
3 EGG YOLKS
25g UNSALTED BUTTER
50ml FRESH MILK
35g CAKE FLOUR
5g CORN STARCH
1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
STEP 3: MERINGUE
3 EGG WHITES
50g POWDERED SUGAR
A PINCH OF SALT
STEP 4: BAKE CHEESECAKE & ENJOY
2 SLICES OF CHEDDAR CHEESE

Bánh Soufflé phô mai Nhật Bản - Chiếc bánh mềm mịn, nhẹ xốp và double vị phô mai với lát cheddar cheese. Khi ăn thì bánh mềm tan bên trong miệng. Chiếc bánh rung rinh sau khi nướng sẽ làm bạn thật sự thích thú. Làm sao mà bạn có thể không yêu chiếc bánh này chứ? Công thức dễ dàng, dụng cụ đơn giản. Video có từng bước hướng dẫn cách làm bánh.
THÀNH PHẦN:
BƯỚC 1: Chuẩn bị khuôn bánh
Kéo, bút chì, giấy nướng, khuôn oval
BƯỚC 2: Hỗn hợp phô mai
150g kem phô mai
3 lòng đỏ trứng
25g bơ lạt
50ml sữa tươi
35g bột mì
5g bột bắp
1 tsp hương vanilla
BƯỚC 3: Meringue
3 lòng trắng trứng
50g đường bột
Một nhúm muối
BƯỚC 4: Nướng bánh và thưởng thức
2 miếng phô mai lát

      Hi Bam Boo, You are right when asking TLJ about different between types of rice. Short-grain rice contains more starch than long-grain. Sticky rice is also called "sweet rice" because of its taste. It has a sweeter taste than regular white rice. And sticky rice will have strong flavor after roasted on pan. Let's enjoy your rice milk.       Chào bạn, sau khi bạn rang thì gạo sẽ chín hạt. Bạn ngâm đến khi hạt gạo nở và ngậm nước, trong khoảng 2 tiếng là vừa đủ rồi ạ.

      Chào bạn, cách dùng gelatin bột cơ bản như sau: - Gelatin cần phải ngâm vào nước để bột nở ra tăng tính đông của bánh, khoảng vài muỗng nước thôi nha đừng cho nhiều. - Khi bạn cần hoà gelatin vào hỗn hợp lạnh thì bạn sẽ làm nóng chảy (melted) gelatin, và ngược lại khi hỗn hợp bánh của bạn đã nóng thì không cần làm chảy (melted) gelatin. Lưu ý: hỗn hợp nóng không quá 60 độ C, vì sẽ làm giảm tính đông của gelatin. - Dùng 10g gelatin bột cho 500ml hỗn hợp bánh hoặc ít nhiều hơn nếu bạn muốn bánh mềm hay đứng hơn.       Trong công thức thì TLJ dùng sữa không đường bạn nhé. Thân <3

      Chào bạn, nếu trang trí bánh bằng bơ tươi thì sẽ bị đen đó, bánh làm xong nên ăn liền sẽ ngon hơn. Còn nếu chỉ trang trí bằng kem và chocolate thì bạn có thể ăn trong 2 ngày nhé. Thân <3
