Hope its not late to learn French and do you think Canada will still take French proficiency in 2025? Thanks.
Categories draws were just introduced in June 2024. Its unlikely they will be removed soon. As per Immigration experts and market news, French is supposed to be an important PR category till 2026.
Bonjour! I have a 390 profile score in EE so do I need to get NCLC 7 in French or NCLC 5 will qualify me for French draws, if i choose French as my second language?
NCLC 5 doesn't aid in PR. It helps to extend work visas under the Francophone mobility program. But to be eligible for French draws and get up to additional 74 CRS points, you need NCLC 7 in all.
please make videos on reading blanks and charts please refer tips because its difficult to understand
Sure, will do.
So glad I found your page
Thanks for the vote of confidence

Hey Anks, for someone who has B1 can they start practicing the TEF exam using Prep my future and get a teacher to assist with exam preparation for TEF or does one have to finish B2 to start exam preparation?
B1 is perfect level to start preparing for TEF. You dont need to wait for B2. It is advisable to get familiar with exam pattern and level as early as possible.
Thank you so much.please share your email address or advise on your rates as am an express Entry candidate already.
From what stage should we start using PrepMyFuture for TEF exam? Like after doing the basic grammar also can we start or we should reach A1-A2 level?
B1 is a good level to start preparing for TEF. You dont need to wait for B2. It is advisable to get familiar with exam pattern and level as early as possible.

Hi, you need to maintain a valid EE profile. Thats the only other condition apart from getting LCB 7 in french.
Also i can't decide between ottawa and windsor . I think i will have more chance to get a job in ottawa than windsor. But i am a mother of 2 kids and windsor is less expensive and have a nice weather. What your advice regarding this 2 cities
Sorry, wont be able to suggest a city as such, as I have not been to windsor. I have been to Ottawa and I saw there were a plethora of bilingual working opportunities.
