Been without power these past few days but I couldn’t resist coming back to this vid every so often to relive these memories. These are some of the happiest and most exciting moments of my time in Waco and I didn’t even realize we had a documentary crew recording everything😂. Wow I am so glad to finally see this study and its results. This is a very informative topic and it is just so interesting to see different ways humans can sleep!

Major props to you for trying polyphasic sleep for that long haha I could never. Also can't believe you slept for 17 hours straight and 19 and a half total after all of that sleep loss. Really cool video and good work!

Wooow this editing! This music! What an awesome video, great work and I loved the visuals, I can tell you have some experience in video editing. I really liked how you used the puzzles and reaction time tests to gauge alertness, I think that would have helped my own experiment since I used subjective records for my measure of alertness. I wasn't quite sure what the numbers on your graphs indicated, I'm assuming it was just the days, but I'm glad you're getting more sleep in and feeling happier waking up.

Super interesting and I don’t think I’d ever want to try polyphasic sleep now 😂 I was surprised that your cognitive ability tests weren’t more varied after looking at the bar graph data. Also wow I’m glad you got that 19 hrs of sleep afterwards

Never knew there was a name for the sleeping pattern I had during most finals weeks but now I know it’s polyphasic. Thanks for giving more insight into its effects and how the 12-16 hours of sleep that followed is necessary to get back into a normal sleep cycle.

Firstly, your choices of music and your speaking was spot on! This definitely desires more views. I had a cousin try something similar a few years back and after about 2 weeks, he bounced right back to normal consolidated sleep.
