In this video I explain how to quarter out a deer quickly and efficiently for those times your miles back in public land and have no means of dragging it out
How to make climbing sticks
มุมมอง 15K4 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video we show you how you can make your own climbing sticks for hunting and save yourself a lot of money. Remember that your life is on the line when climbing a tree and we are not responsible for any accidents if you don’t build them properly and with care. We’ve been using them for years but we make sure to quality check every stick before use.

Did you guys run into a lot of ticks?
Going to make my first trip down there. What are some tips
Looks like the sac river. I hunt in Roscoe
Goat trail? Looks like a gravel road to me.
What month were you there?
Love it, gonna make them. Remember kids to climb with safety harness! Lol. Would’ve been bad if one failed in the video.
Great video
Good video and i like your humble personality. Great job
Like you said the word basin six times what it wasn't acquable
Definitely some rookies
For sure cow crap. Hilarious!
Stuck in a tent for days really helps my mental condition 😂😂
Great effort boys! Keep it up
Sorry, but that was pathetic. Thhat was cow crap not bear crap. And if you gunna hunt idaho you gotta go in the bad whether. And that was no blizzard. It was a light snow... sorry you didnt gwt a bear. But if you gunna hunt you gotta put in effort!
the fuck you drive a civic lol.
I’m not sure why your square tube is so long? Seems like you have 3 or 4 inches sticking out top and bottom unnecessarily
Thanks for the video.
could you not use the same bolt to hold your step and your spike?
Great diy sticks. Now wheres the tree stand video?
Great adventure!!
Good video. I gave up archery quite some years ago. I figured out that, if I wanted meat in my freezer, the Bow had to stay on the rack. Any of the deer that you videoed would have been meat on the ground with a firearm. I really depend on several kill for the years meat. But archery is a good challenge if you don’t really need the kill. Way too many variables that a 45/70 will evaporate. Happy hunting.
Your code don’t work
what tent was that
What camera are you using?
Why dont it look like the thumbnail on your vid??? I been robbed of my time here..
Hey man, great video. How do you compare their quietness, and their breathability? Waypoint versus Sellkirk
Knows a lot about Metallurgy doesn't he! Aluminum not strong enough!
Aluminum would be plenty strong enough.
most climbing sticks are made from aluminum...............................
What straps are those? Got a link?
Awesome video!
I like that you are using the local firewood and the snow. And being resourceful. If your friend needs electrolytes, he can use the ancient medicinal yellow snow. You can glass for it.
nice guys, what setup were you using to video that first buck where you zoomed in and out?
Sweet too see this. I just ordered the tops and bottom in Tetra from Camofire for $200 combined. I wish that I could have gotten the pattern you have for my home state of West Virginia but I have a lightweight leafy suit that can go over it. I have been wanting to replace my hunting rainwear with something else. Is it quiet 🤫?
I’m from WV too and fell in love with Pnuma caza. Wore realtree for years and caza seems to confuse them better when you get spotted
You shoulda owned the civic thing instead of trashing it. Everyone doesn’t need a damn truck to go everywhere.
What kind of tent and stove is this?
Was this a archery only location?
Can you tell me all the differences between the Selkirk and the Waypoint pros and cons
Was this on 39?
New subscriber here. Love your video, we have a similar TH-cam channel if you want to check it out, "Hunt and Gather with the Chatters".
Did y'all check the weather before this trip?
We’re are you at I’m wanting to get into bear hunting but I have no idea where to go
I can honestly tell you your about 2 weeks to early, and hunting that kind of big massive country is almost impossible to besr hunt, you might be able to find them but getting on them is a completely different story, get high in a tight canyon and you'll have better success
What month was this? May?
end of april he replied to someone else
I don't think the warranty is going to cover 'wearing it out'. Product defects? sure....
How do you like the Selkirk
That awesome
Are the hand pocket on the jacket small? It seem you could not fit your hand all the way in. Thanks.
Enjoyed the video, beautiful country you were hunting in.
Hahaha videoing the cow crap saying its bear crap is gold lol
Would you consider the pants athletic fit?
You can't start a bear hunting vid by complaining how difficult it was to get your civic up the dirt road if in fact you were...well...driving a civic. What the?
