I am not saying the fan is without fault but this is a potential lawsuit. Someone doing something stupid is not a greenlight to potentially give a person tons of medical bills. With that size differential, you never know what kind of injury that smaller guy could sustain. If everyone typing here got that in response for every stupid thing we have all collectively done, half the people here typing would have significant injuries.
