Hi Joe, we will be covering this in more detail in a future video. We still need a management company to do our monthly maintenance for us, pest control, a/c filter changes, dryer vent cleaning and to do general checks on our property whilst were in the UK

Yeah it definitely is a nostalgic place, weve only visited a couple of times over the past few years due to wanting to try new places 🙂 but when we have visited the foods been nice, we havent been recently so couldnt comment on what it was like towards the end

We would have liked to have been over in Florida for Milton to make sure our holiday home was ok, we had to wait multiple days for our Manager to go and check on it for us, it was an agonising wait! We all think its because people are waiting to holiday in Orlando from next year onwards, tourists are waiting for Epic Universe to open. To answer your second question is it "making a profit?" This year no, but we don't need any bookings to pay for all our bills. This is something to be aware of when people want to buy a holiday home in Florida, to not rely on bookings to pay for your bills 🙂 hope this helps answer your questions, thanks so much for watching! 😀
