I have one of these, and the Zelda one too. They are cool but they have been in a drawer for a long time not really getting any use. It's more practical to just get a 3DS, then you can play all the games you want on it.

Definitely different. I could tell straight away something was different with them. I can't drink the one without vodka, it tastes so bad.

Good hiss on that piece on the open. Seems to be nicely carbonated too but it's unfortunate that the carbonation takes over the flavour. Hopefully they can continue to tweak it and get back the more sweet taste from the original formula. I think the acidity in the lemon flavoured drinks struggles to come through when they don't have the intensity of the sugars. Keep us posted please beast, loved this one.

FWIW I emulated this thing in MAME a couple of years back, although the sound emulation doesn't work very well yet. The main chip (die inside the glob) appears to be a Sitronix ST2302U Microcontroller running at about 32Mhz. The software is quite interesting, as it's not just a NES-on-a-chip bootleg like many others; these were programmed from the ground up for all the devices using games taken from this selection. There are ones with a few more games, and some with less. All the software has been designed to basically run with no external RAM required apart from that inside the CPU which means most of the CPU time is spent loading tiny fragments of code and data into RAM from the external ROM (which it can't execute directly from) many thousands of times per frame. The original selection of games seems to date back to the early 2010s when the first units on this tech started to show up. Many of them on the units available today have been heavily modified to remove obviously stolen graphics for these devices although there are many cases where the music compositions are clearly not original. Some games like Gangnam Style, which features a digitized loop of said song were not selected at all when they are present on some of the Chinese ones so there clearly was some active censorship process here. The games were also available on other hardware, some designed for higher resolution displays, and some where the software was again rewritten for different types of MCU (including some SunPlus/GeneralPlus based MCUs) The most annoying thing as far as emulation goes is that the MCU has an internal 4Kbytes of ROM in addition to the external ROM data which had to be painstakingly extracted by hacking the software to show it on screen.

Let's be honest. Cadbury's was never great. It was just a cheaper alternative to the real thing. Obviously people enjoyed it, it served a purpose, But it's not, and never has been real chocolate. Still we should be thankful we got this, and not Hershey's. Until the Kraft takeover that is.

Didn’t know this bundle existed. Here in the US we got the same console but our bundle game was skylanders. I also think this Wii might be a darker blue than the skylanders bundle🤔unless it’s just the way it shows on camera
