Some things to note:
Some of the shortcuts performed in this video were performed quite poorly, most notably The shroomless glider cut on Mount Wario, the shroomless cut on Cheese Land, the lap 2 shortcut on Piranha Plant Cove and probably some others.
The Mario Kart Stadium and Coconut Mall motion glider cuts are lap 3 exclusive for online, unless you are using a gamecube controller. Reason being is that you when you pause your game to turn on/off motion controls, the game doesn't actually pause. Only the menu shows up, so if you tried to do this shortcut on laps 1 and 2, you would lose time turning off motion controls. The reason why gamecube controller can do this all 3 laps is it doesnt have motion controls, but you can turn on motion controls and instead use the dpad to do these shortcuts. This was hard to explain but I hope that makes enough sense.
I would NOT recommend doing some of these shortcuts online like the Sweet Sweet Canyon shroomless one, the Shy Guy Falls top path miniturbo one, the Dolphin Shoals Glider one, the Yoshi Circuit shroomless one, massive Big Blue one, and the 2nd Piranha Plant Cove one. These are far too difficult and if you fail them, you lose way too much time. You're better off not doing these... unless you're somehow consistent at them and if you are, massive respect to you.
I used 2 mushrooms on the massive Big Blue shortcut, but if you're by chance attempting it for fun, you can use 3 to be safe... or if you're insane you can use 1.
The Bowser Castle 3 shroomless cut is possible with Teddy Buggy, I just found it weird to do it with it, so I used Biddy instead. It's 100% possible with Teddy jsyk. Also would not recommend trying this one online.
