This what Metallica wanted to sound like but couldn't . didn't have the sound..their music sucked .
Clearly dubbed, but their "Terror Squad" release is still one of the best Thrash metal recordings in history. I put it in the Top 3, beyond a doubt.

Very cool! Thanks for this upload (15 years ago) xD I saw Artillery in Copenhagen when they played with Destruction sometime in the mid 80s. I remember the lead singer started off speaking in English to the crowd but people where yelling "tal dansk, tal dansk!" - and so he did. LOL

Had no idea this was an older song, it's easily one of the best songs off Penalty. That intro could kill a man
Such an absolutely devastingtly heavy, crunchy guitar tone. And Flemming Ronsdorf's soaring vocals.. Incredible! A classic.
Wrong. The music is actually better than the sound. Any recording engineer will tell you that the guitar sound is almost completely out of phase. That's why it sounds kinda thin and tinny. However, the music on their "Terror Squad" release can't be matched. It's beyond doubt one of the top 3 best Thrash metal recordings in history.

Concordo. Na minha opinião deveria estar no Big 4 com o Sepultura (anos 90) e o Testament.
O cara ainda quebra um vocal gutural da porraaaaa.
BAreclusiarch : Flemming was not a drunk, and never was. He didnt even smoke any stuff, and he still dont. He is now a happy Trobadur playing nice songs on his acoustic, in small bars around Denmark .... But if you want more of Flemming, try look up the Danish Beatle cover Rubber Band ...he was a singer there too, way better than Poul and John hehe
