Yes the salary is similar to the UK. Cost of living depends on where you live in Australia. Cities like Sydney are very expensive, similar to London and NYC

It is definitely less than the USA, similar to UK but I believe quality of life and lifestyle is the main advantage

Hopefully you’ve seen my other comment which is about public speaking but my number one tip is to do more of it! Keep practicing and finding opportunities to speak publicly and get comfortable with it. That alone will help you become better at it! I watch my videos back to learn where I make mistakes or how I can improve too
