Sometimes, my cat, Momo, is one of the few things that gets me through the day.

My gratitude for today is the yummy, healthy food I have available to me. Makes it easier to make healthy choices- especially when I love food so much- when it’s delicious. And I appreciate it being available to me and being able to afford it as well.

Today, after my walk in the cold, sunny morning, I’m grateful for the sun and for the coming of the light here in the Northern Hemisphere.

He was a must listen when he was hosting, he chose the best topics, and even if not, he made them interesting. I liked his knowledge and focus of RnR, plus as a theologian he seemed to have deep understanding and intellect. I got worried recently when he was absent for a show to interview John Densmore....Does anyone know what he was severely ill with?

Ian was my favorite host on Coast to Coast radio. You could tell he was a true Christian and he was very empathetic on the air; I always felt much calmer about life after listening to his shows. Rest in Peace Ian, you will be missed more than you know.

Your cute little mantra raises so many questions or is the point to just have faith, let go, and trust??? Yeah, no, see what I mean. There’s no self-evident truth in that whole thing except for: “Be”. That’s all we can do is just be. How can I know that I am God? How can I know… anything? How can I be still? WhT does being still mean? Just being quiet and not moving? You see, God is the answer when we can’t answer or make sense of things. I’m not even coming from a deep religious perspective. I believe that it’s a mistake to try and equate oneself to BE GOD as you say when obviously we dont know the answers to these life questions. The better more logical more practical more obvious perspective would be to surrender or submit to that to which we do t understand or have no way of knowing . It is pretentious and fake to say things we don’t mean to try and feel better about it. No, acknowledging one’s limitations and being thankful for the hands, eyes, and ears of a more divine power is much more gratifying and sustainable.

Jesus is the way. Do not participate in this divination stuff because there is a God and you are NOT HIM. This stuff will get you judged by the Lord
