'Our Minds' - A Project Sonrisa Mental Health Documentary
Our Minds explores mental health and a variety of topics that are important to mental well being but aren't commonly spoken about in mainstream media. Through storytelling and an open, positive narrative, Project Sonrisa brings the voices of people from across Scotland to share their stories.
Due to the topics discussed and nature of this documentary it made me more difficult for some viewers to watch. The documentary discusses themes of mental health which includes but is not limited to mentions of suicide, self harm, bullying, racism, discrimination, transphobia and homophobia.

This vid is so awesome! I've been trying to search for a TH-cam video that teaches everything in this TH-cam vid! 🩺 🩺 The part at 1:09 is so informative. Your tip is similar to the vids from this insightful medical student Dr. Ethan. Dr Ethan's demonstrations are for sure knowledgable and he actually helped me a lot on my finals. I recommend you check his channel out and give the doc a like! ➡️ #StudentDoctorEthan
