Those wheels look sick and with those tyres being streched onto the rims the 205/45 are the limit and i have done a mechanics course and just to let people know streching normal tyres onto rimsis not recommend and the more they are streched the more unsafe they are as it is due to how the tyres are designed and made and if you want to know how it behaves grab a single stapleand bend the 2 prongs outwards

You could’ve used the boot carpet for reference on an entire piece of board then just cut it down the middle for an easy fit to the frame but good job 👍

Thanks for the video tutorial. The Ford Fiesta ST150's door is exactly the same as the 2006 Fiesta WQ or Fiesta MK5. I ordered by mistake a pair of 6.5" speaker and then I realized that it's nearly impossible to fit them in the oval van! Ford did a good job with the door's panels because they're very solid, firm and very well sealed but the oval speaker design really sucks!

I bought one off eBay early 2021 and it fixed the issue. I've now had the replacement stick twice such that the boot won't latch. Any cure for it sticking? The one I bought supposedly had a 3 year guarantee but the eBay seller isn't replying. Will order another one though.
