Ollie it was so good to see you doing another video, you & Camilla have been missed. As others have said, do carry water on walks when the weather is so hot, I was worried you were going to collapse a few times .. maybe pace yourself & rest along the way, we wouldn't know. I also hope that you have a medical professional monitoring your rapid weight loss, 10kg in 5 weeks is double the recommended amount for that time period & could also explain your not coping as well on the walk even though it was a hit day. Your electrolytes could be low, & with such rapid weight loss you may be loosing muscle mass, even bone density, not necessarily fat. It's fantastic that you are cutting out bad foods, but have a medical professional monitor the weight loss so you don't end up with other health issues. Take care, & more video's when you're able, Girona looks such a beautiful city. Cheers from Australia .. we're in Spring & it's already 30 degrees celsius, gets up to the high 30's during summer, we do our walks early morning, or early evening & carry our water bottles❤

Highly recommend you read the book Brain Saver by Anthony William. He has a whole section on managing ADHD and how to improve symptoms through healthy diet, the changes you're making are great!

Here is something funny?! When I listen to people on TH-cam podcasts you can speed them up or slow them down. When I come you, I have to put you on .75! 😄 I’m empathic and have a medical background. I took it as you had already known about your ADHD. Now I know you didn’t, I’m glad you’re making it beneficial for you.

So many of us have mental health issues but never get tested. I’m glad you took the time and now maybe people will understand you better! Not using it as an excuse but giving you a little leeway! My problem is medical. Had back surgery that caused the pain to increase significantly. Now I take pain medication 24/7. In between meds, I can’t think or do. Everything stops! In my days I usually only have 3 or 4 good hours to do anything, and I’m also disabled enough I can’t walk far, carry anything, etc. I’m very sad I can’t travel any more so I do it through you an Steph. 🙁 And Yes-I forgot 🙄 Gotta look back at what you said. Oh YES! We are really, really creative! I do art, teaching, all types of music, 2 languages, cooking, more and more and more! I keep my brain off the pain-when I can!

I totally understand the moaning and groaning. I was in Norway, and took an easy hike and was told how much I was bemoaning the fact that we were hiking on a slight uphill. 🤣🤣🤣

Thx for video interesting. Olly I eat almonds and now ground as my teeth can't take it and it curbs the craving for sweet and also you will sleep so well, well it helps me ha ha Well done Camilla anc you Oliver good eating! 😘
